“We always use Short Stay Car Park 2. There are usually several spaces to choose from and the distance from the car park to the terminal is manageable. The website and exit and egress process is first class.”

“Great regional airport, rarely have any issues at all. We choose the short stay parking option which is almost outside of the doors. Airport facilities are good, decent choice Ps places to eat and a few shops too.”

“Efficient service generally, bus staff are particularly courteous and accommodating. It would be useful to be able to register more than one VRN when booking in advance to save amending a booking if you're not sure which vehicle you'll be using at the time of booking. A top up account with loyalty discount would be good where you can add parking credit and being able to use on an App to book parking, make amends etc. This could also be commercialised with promotions in duty free or other airport vendors as an incentive and to drive spend.”

“Easy to book and prepay online. Made return journey hassle free. Used short stay which was very popular - just managed to find a space and squeeze car in. Would use again though.”

“Good efficient service. Ladies loos need to be refurbished. The front entrance needs cleaning up - litter cigarette stubs etc. Pick up drop off car park too expensive.”

“A friend told me about Premium Meet and Greet two years ago and we've used it ever since. It gets your holiday off to a calm stress-free start; the same at the end - great if you land very early. No need to drive round and round hunting out a parking space, no wait for the bus (though that's not generally too long) no trail on foot into the airport. A quick scan of your car, park, drop the keys off with the friendly staff, then a very short walk into departures. Cost is in line with long stay and there's no worries about returning to a newly scratched car. Brilliant service!”
