“This is the second time (May & July) I have had to speak to an operator when trying to exit the Premium Fast Track car park. The card kept getting rejected, saying damaged Card.”

“Your website is not clear and I found I had booked a meet and greet that I did not want. At over 80 I did not want yo walk to my car to a long stay car park. I have used meet and greet for some years and was not aware of a choice of three and what the differences meant. Meet and greet to me us next to terminal and not a walkthrough trees. It is why one pays the extra. It might be better to just book the short stay as it is also cclose to terminal”

“In places the airport is a little scruffy but generally all satisfactory. The building works will improve that hopefully. Pleasant staff keep things moving. Overall always a good experience.”

“Using the airport parking was a simple and an easy process. We used the Meet and Greet and as always were pleased with the process. Unfortunately, the price increase this year has really put us off for future parking, like for like from last year and the price was double !!!”

“Parked here several times… no problem. Booked into park last week and there wasn’t any spaces. Called help desk and resolve was to park in the white lined area. Had to call the help desk again to exit the car park.”
