“Unfortunately the time to offload luggage still takes far too long compared with other airports, it lets you down. The price of parking is very expensive but it is convenient”

“We only fly from other airports if we have to ! Airports can never be stress free but Newcastle comes close . Meet and Greet Parking is very slick with very welcoming and professional staff , Double Tree Hotel if we stay the night prior is great .New routes is great news .”

“The service we have experienced at the Premium Meet and Greet has been nothing short of first class. We have used this service several times and will continue to do so. The facilities are very good and ideal in terms of ease of use but also the location which facilitates easy hassle-free access to the airport. However, like all service sector businesses, the key to it all is good people and the staff at this facility are just lovely people who provide a service that is second to none.”

“The service and the support from staff is excellent Keys and car there to collect within minutes of our return in early hours of morning. Only problem I hsve is the costs it has more than doubled in a year since our last visit there”
