“Trouble free parking, we got a shuttle bus to the airport however on our return we walked to the car as it was only approx 5 min walk. Ticket barriers worked fine going in and coming out, will definitely use the service again.”

“Despite booking parking in advance we had to drive around for about 8 mins to find a parking space, the spaces are tight and I ended up with scratches on one of my car doors on return to the airport. Took them around an hour to get our baggage from the plane to the terminal.. id avoid newcastle airport in the future.”

“Facilities for disabled are shocking,no signs ,hardly any information online,just there are some in areas but i have never found one,pushing a wheelchair up the hill is a nightmare with case or cases,and i remember when buses used to be very regular,where have they gone? its about 40% more to book now and you get less for your money.Think you need to review it a great deal !”

“Used the Fast Track parking facility at Newcastle airport recently when we flew to Antalya recently. Pre booked, easy entry procedure and large parking spaces and easy exit procedure. Only a minute walk to the terminal.”

“When arriving at the airport we tried to use the intercom to book the courtesy bus. This was not working but there was no notice on the bus shelter to advise of this. Eventually we were told to go to another bus stop. A bus came eventually but this was after we had waited 25 minutes meaning our time in the airport was reduced”
