“Although quite expensive it wasnt much more than what our taxi fares wouldve amounted to so it was worth it for us. It was easy to do & did take a bit of stress out of going on holiday.”

“Parking and bus great on the way out but on the way back No Trolleys for luggage, which is impossible with a pushchair and kids. Then we couldn't find the bus stop or see a bus so we had to walk in the rain!”

“I used the meet and greet service on my recent holiday and it was great. When I arrived I parked in a lane and headed to reception where I received a ticket and upon return handed in ticket and received my keys and informed bay number my car was parked in. Very quick and short walk to and from terminal.”

“I always use short stay2 when I park at Newcastle Airport as I find it close to the terminal entrance and a lot of the way is under cover. I am disappointed however to find that the free 20 minutes drop off has been reduced to 15 minutes which is insufficient time to use Jet2 twilight check in and this resulted in paying £8 for being 1 minute over the free 15 minutes”
