“long stay car park is expensive but thankfully seems secure. drop off/collection charges are extortionate for only being on site for a few minutes - you are forcing people to drop off offsite and walking into airport due to high charge and draconian enforcement. long queues for passport control/security (although checks are necessary for all our safety) could be improved by more staff on duty. high charges for food etc within airport departure area are disappointing - exploiting a captive audience!!.”

“Parked in the Long Stay car park for a very early flight. The car park is well sign posted and easy to find. The car park area is huge but it was very busy. However, good signage and found a parking space easily with a 15 minute walk to the airport entrance. There is a regular shuttle bus running.”

“Very straightforward. The barriers recognised my car reg from the booking, I got a space 2 mins walk from the terminal. No waiting for buses or wondering around at 4 in the morning trying to find my spot in the massive long term car park.”

“Great airport , everything ran smoothly with no issues , parking well sign posted, I’d made an error when pre booking parking so initially had to pay again to leave the car park on our return but a phone call to the parking team who were very friendly and helpful and a refund was organised straight away . Brilliant , will definitely use this airport again .”
