“I have used the meet and greet many times and it has been flawless. The long stay areas are also good and in some areas not too far away from the terminal buildings, there is also a bus which I have not used. Short stay is a bind, too expensive, which leads to anxious timing considerations when dropping off and in particular picking up. Even being picked up by a taxi requires a text to say one has arrived to try and allieviate paying an expensive charge to leave car park.”

“We always choose Newcastle Airport if possible. Very reasonable rates if booked early but moreover it is the excellent service we have always received that keeps us going back. Twice on arrival after long flights we had car trouble and the guys in the on site customer service office were absolutely brilliant helping us getting the car started and getting home. Very helpful, couldn't do enough.”

“We try to fly from Newcastle Airport when we travel as it is an easy location to reach. The airport parking is reasonable and the staff are very helpful.”

“Easy to use and close to terminal Could do with more electric charging points . Also , why do we a ticket to depart when number plate recognition is used. Think about key safe to save passengers having to take car key on holiday”

“Always a pleasure to use the premium meet and greet facility due in no small way to their people who are willing to go above and beyond to assist. 1st class and friendly approach from the remote call centre to the staff operating the facilty they are all a credit to this facility.”

“Airport was excellent but priority parking next to terminal(near walkway) was off-putting when we arrived a car had been broken into & taped up 'police aware' . Cameras should be more visible!”
