“Very convenient way to park at Newcastle Airport and not much more expensive than the long stay but worth it for the added peace of mind. It's less than a minute's walk from the car park to the terminal. We've used this service a number of times and there have always been trolleys at the car park, so no humping heavy bags. Just leave your trolley at the car park reception on your return for the next customers. To get to the airport parking, follow the Fast Track signs on approach to the airport. The road takes you round the left of the main car parks and you'll see the barriers on your right. Take your ticket and proceed to the reception cabin. They'll give you a receipt for your car keys and your vehicle will be waiting by the cabin on your return. It's that easy! The only reason I didn't give it full stars is that the staff could be more personable but, hey, you're in and out in a minute. Also, it is confusingly called a Meet and Greet service when, in fact, it is actually a self-service drop off and pick up.”

“I think is a good service that you provide and we have been using it for at least the last 5 years. However I think I could score it as VG if you did one extra thing and that is when I apply on line there should be a question as to whether or not disability access is required to which of course I would reply - YES. Then when I deliver to you my car at the start of our holiday you could have a wheelchair available so that I could take my wife up the ramp and into the airport building, leave her and come back for our cases and then rejoin her. Paphos Airport in Cyprus have a first class system by comparison to Newcastle and perhaps if you could pass this on to whomsoever in the airport that deals with such matters they could consider something on similar lines to them. Thank you very much.”

“As always, a very efficient handover...very convenient and quick. However...why did the driver change the radio station?? How long and how far was he/she driving my car? I will check mileage in future !!!”

“Apart from some users assuming that it's quite alright to abandon their used luggage trollies where they can roll into other peopls vehicles. The parking is fine; the shuttle bus service is very good, usually operated by very pleasant and courteous drivers.”

“Very easy pleasant handover both going and arriving, the only negative point is that the car park where hand over is made is very small and gets very cluttered with cars haphazardly parked near the meet and greet hut.”
