So I decided to use my gift card again and I walked to near local Nike store but they told me that my gift cards are blocked... Nike representatives are liars and scammers (I had a representative named Brett)!!!
Will be filling up a police report now...that all that I can do now since at this point no shoes and no money.”
“Nike compression pants are poorly made, this is my fourth pair and this continues to happen. I have a pair of under armour and i wear them just as much and they have held up. When contacting Nike they claim that since it's past 6 months they could not replace the item. Done with Nike compression.”

“My partner bought me a pair of Nike Air Max and after wearing them only 3 times both shoes are ripped close to the big toes. The net seems to be very weak.
Unfortunately he lost the receipt and we were not able to go back to the store cause they will not care unless you have proof of purchase.
I reached out to the customer service and they replied that they do not review your complaint unless you have a receipt because they are protecting their authenticity and integrity.
Sad they treat their customers like that. I believe their integrity should be shown in the quality of the products, but instead a pair of $220 shoes are worst quality than a pair of $10 K-mart shoes.”
“So, I wanted to get some tennis shoes from Nike a while ago. I’ve been gifted with Nike gift certificates and I decided to redeem it.
It was ok I placed my order but I haven’t received shoes ever. So I contacted Nike CS and described my situation. Live-chat agents were a quite rude and they just told me to wait for email from some “Elite team” and now I got a response from Paul (remember that person!) that told me some weird information that my address was used for did-not-arrived orders and my gift cards were tied with fraudulent activity. Whats a joke?! I shopped at Nike for the first time!!! And I used my gift cards (which worked without issues) for the first time too!!!
NIKE ROBBED ME AT THIS POINT! They just blocked my gift cards for 165$ now and I got nothing! Will report that to local authorities. Hope that Police will help me out with that SCAMMERS!”

“I ordered a jacket and chose Nike because of the shipping arrival date. When the date came, I check tracking and the date was four more days. When I contacted Nike, they said not to worry; it may be delivered earlier. I needed the order on the day promised - not some other day. The delivery is scheduled for a business for the weekend or after-hours won't work. Now I have to try to change things with UPS - why does that fall on me? I don't have the time to do this. Based on your photos, the insole logo of right shoe has peeled off and it is a normal condition of wear and tear.
Branded shoe , wear and tear the logo will peel off it already sound funny . But the shoe not even wear yet and told it not the display pair cos it size 8 . True , it from the store when we requested the size . Although it will peel off after sometime we wear but at least it come with complete logo .

When it was finally announced their online system puts you in a line, so be careful because even though your order is input, it is not placed until you are released in the line. Problem is, if the product sells out, like in my case, it simply states Processing error. Go back to reorder -- not available. Totally unfair system. Should hold your order when you select the product. Really?? This company should have a better system than this!”
