It's been nearly a month since I returned the shoes and I've contacted them countless times, but they never give me my refund. Sometimes they tell me it's way, or they'll contact me to resolve, but it never does it come and they never contact me back. I've filed a BBB complaint and still nothing... I will NEVER order from Nike again. AVOID. Just don't do it!”

Ik reken af en krijg een bevestiging met daarin: We hebben je betaling ontvangen: C00176119519. Later kreeg ik weer een mail: Bestelling ontvangen (Nike.com #C00176119519) en een Geschatte leveringsdatum 05/06/2020 staat erbij vermeld in dat mail.
2 a 3 dagen later krijg ik een mail van Nike.com dat mijn bestelling onderweg is. Maar wel met 1 schoen minder want die is geanuleerd. En nog wel Air Jordan 3 Retro Tinker die geanuleerd was! WTF ik kon ergens dat schoen kopen maar bij Nike.com koste het maar € 110.58.- wat ik btw beetje te goedkoop vond! Verdacht dit!
Nu heeft Nike.com mijn Air Jordan 3 Retro Tinker geanuleerd en kan ze nergens meer kopen door dit *** grapje. Als ik dit eerder te horen had gekregen, dan had ik ze snel nog ergens anders gekocht maar ik ging ervan uit dat ze gewoon bezorgd worden voor 05/06/2020 wat in de mail stond!

29 mei kreeg ik mijn bestelling binnen en die klopte niet want Air Jordan 3 Retro Tinker was geanuleerd en waarom weet ik nog steeds niet!
Ik hoor dan nog €110,58 terug te krijgen van de geanuleerde Retro Tinker! En Jahoor na 35min wachten aan de telefoon kreeg ik een domme medewerker die niet kan uitleggen waarom het geanuleerd is!? Ik heb via IDEAL betaald en nu moet ik mijn eigen geld terug vragen via een link. WTF. Heb dat ook gedaan, ik heb mijn bankgegevens ingevoegd en de rest! HET KON NIET FOUT!!. En afwachten want het duurt meer dan een week voordat ik het terug krijg. OPLICHTERS.
Ik ben een dag later toch maar gaan bellen en weer 20 min wachten kreeg ik een jonge meid aan de telefoon die slecht Nederlands spreekt! Ze zegt tegen mij dat ik mijn bankgegevens fout heb ingevuld! Dit meen je niet! Ik mijn eigen bank gegevens fout invul? Nou dacht het niet!?
Ik gaf aan om dat nu telefonische te doen? Maar nee hoor dat kan natuurlijk niet want Nike.com gaat mijn binnen 7 werkdagen terugbellen en dan kan ik blijkbaar wel mijn rekeningnummer doorgeven. “Let me first say, I typically do not write reviews. I understand that things happen and give great value to reviews and how they can effect a business. Nike however is well established and my experience is not just a simple mistake. I purchased a couple pairs of sneakers for myself recently and it did extend the estimated delivery time after the fact which is fine and not a big deal but when recurved my purchase I noticed the left shoe felt snug. I checked the size on the tags and both state they are size 7. However I put them on the next day again and can’t help but feel the difference again. I put them next to each other and one is significantly larger then the other. Note. I would not have an issue if they mistakingly sent two different sizes. However both noted size 7 which makes me question the quality of the product they are putting out, not to mention you can’t get a hold of customer service. They hang up when you call. Seriously Nike?
