“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Free trial, great, then despite the website saying you can immediately cancel, they charge you for 1 more month. I emailed the company saying i needed it refunding because I literally didnt have money to live and this is what they said A WEEK after my email was sent. Absolute scam. To follow up on the email, you cannot close the trial period after 7 days because you can only 'cancel' the membership after 14 days and then they continue to take your money. There is nothing that shows this 'notice period' on their site and not to mention the boxers are extortionate for 1 pair. Again, do not waste your money with this company.”

They make membership cancellation cumbersome and require notice, so even if you cancel before your next order is due to arrive you still need to pay for one more. They harass you for payment for a product you don't want or need.”

“Scam, do not get the trial boxers, they will try to intimidate you and make you pay for more pairs that you do not want. Don't let them. Either ignore their emails and block them, or exercise your rights to complain. Also their boxers are rubbish quality and uncomfortable, and the colours fade very quickly, so not even worth the trouble of giving them your details.”
