“If it sounds too good to be true, it’s because it is. Cheaply made Chinese product (feel free to check, they can’t and won’t deny it). They then make it increasingly difficult to cancel your subscription and insist on payment for boxer shorts you have not received. I would suggest a look at trust pilot and notice how the average star rating has gone from 5 to 1. My experience has been dreadful, and to be clear I was a satisfied customer for a while, so I’ve witnessed its decline.”

“This company is fake and a scam. They went ahead and billed me £9.99 after I had deactivated my trial account. They didn't reply to any email that I send requesting my money back. I had paid through PayPal whom I reported the fraud to. And thankfully PayPal returned my money.

They can do one🖕. I've had to get a company called Dyme involved to write to ON THAT ASS on my behalf. I've received a confirmation email from ON THAT ASS and yet the scamming pricks are harassing me via email on a daily basis. I am thankful my bank card expired and I refuse to put the details of the new one onto the account.
Avoid this company at all costs. They draw you in, but when it comes to leaving them then it's complete hell to break from their grasp.”

I complained about it and received two pairs of boxers and wanted to cancel but they are still trying to take money out of my account. No customer service at all and they refuse to cancel my subscription. Do not buy anything from them.”
