Try to cancel they continue to take monthly payment had to contact bank nightmare 😫

Same as all written here. I didn’t sign up for trail just what I thought were a free pair of underwear. No idea they would take money from my account £9.99. Cancelled my PayPal and my account with PayPal as they are so slow. Going to bank to get back money that was fraudulently taken from my account.

Do not buy this subscription! Once your card details are in their site they give you no way to remove it and continually bill your card even when you ask them to stop. Had to call my credit card company to stop further payments! They also give you no way to close your account. Boxers are not great quality either. I'm not overweight but they roll up easily round the groin and colour washes out even at 30dc wash. Customer service is unreachable unless you call them from America. Emails to them are generic and cold.

i cancelled my membership through their website in april/may 2022. it is currently June and i am still getting charged for their product and still getting their products through the door. now i got email again today saying i got to pay again next month to receive their product in august as i got to pay 1 month advance. mind i cancelled back in april/may and it says my membership is inactive since then. April to August = 4 Months. so 4 months after i cancelled they are demanding payment to receive a product....

Terrible company. Awful customer service. They send out constant marketing emails begging for business, offering "free" boxers. Here is the kicker, you are now in a contract with a one month cancellation. So you have to pay for at least one pair whether you like it or not. Also rather pathetic that they seem to be unable to stop shipments weeks in advance.

SCAMMERS. I got Large which are 32-34 waist, my size. They were really tight so I cancelled the free trial. When I cancelled the website told me they would send the next size up because I selected "size" as my reason. The next size up was also too tight for me, and I realised there was no hole for peeing, which wasn't great design imo. So I cancelled again. "We'll give you 50% discount to stay with us". By this point I knew I didn't like the boxers so, again, cancelled. A week later, I'm charged £9.99 via paypal for my subscription. Wait didn't I cancel?.. Twice? I email them tell them I didn't like the free trial and want to cancel. I was polite and told them the issues I had and that they didn't work for me. It was just like talking to the automated website again. The guy says he'll send me another free pair of boxers in XXL instead (I'm a 32-33 waist). Next thing I know I have an order confirmation email through saying they'll be here in 7 days! So I emailed him back saying he has ignored my request and have gone to Paypal for assistance as it seems impossible to cancel. There's no such thing as the 'free trial'. It's the same tactics scammers use unfortunately. Order #13914341

Highly disappointed with the Dutch firm. The company said to offer a trial product, nevertheless, there was no mentioning of being obliged to pay for an additional pair of boxers. I contacted the firm to showcase that the quality was not satisfactory and the boxers were quite uncomfortable. I did mention that I would like to no longer receive the shipped item and they said 'WE ARE SO SORRY, BUT YOU NEED TO RECEIVE THEM and THEN SHIP IT BACK'. Needless to mention they unsatisfactory and poor customer service, taking ages to come back to their customers. Very unreliable. As a company you should take your customers more seriously, otherwise, your inappropriate courses of action will severe your customers' loyalty and trust. I even pointed out that the delivery will be delayed, for an additional month, (the initial delivery date was September 18th, and now the company mentioned that they have to postpone it to October 18th. "Apparently due to their fictional demand". It makes me question if the previous reviews or customers were paid? A note to other customers: stay away from them.
