“Absolute scam of a company, I have been forced to pay for two boxers despite having never received ANYTHING from them, they have threatened to send debt collectors if I don't pay them, yet again I have NEVER received a single item from them and they won't give me a refund - I had to get PayPal involved to send me a refund. Now they're demanding for a payment of boxers from over 2 months ago, of which I never received. Stay clear away from this awful company”
“Cancellation policy of 30 days notice, therefore not actually a free trial. The designs are nice but within less than a month the colour has faded a lot despite following care instructions. For £12 per boxer it should really be better quality. The 'store credit' is not worth it at all, it's for expensive clothing starting at £100 rather than more boxers.”

What is unique is how appallingly difficult it is to use the website is to cancel, how horrendous their customer service is when you contact them about this and how long they will drag it out for.

“The company makes it really difficult for you to cancel the free subscription in time and then you have to give at least 1 month notice which I wasn’t aware. I contacted customer services about this and they just told me that this information was in the T&Cs. Since reading the reviews on trust pilot and other websites, I can see that 1000s of people feel the same as me.”

Quality of the goods isn't great, colour fades after a single wash.
I've tried to cancel the order weeks before payment and they have explained they can not cancel it due to "policy". So I pointlessly need to be charged and then receive another delivery a month later I no longer want... What is the point?
Their customer service was friendly but unhelpful, just stating policy.
It's a nonsense policy they have invented for no reason other than to squeeze a charge out of a leaving customer for goods they haven't yet received.

“Terrible product. I’m a medium with a medium package. Had to get a large as medium was tiny. Large still so tight around the package and legs made for a 5 year old. Quality awful. Tried to cancel but they told me it didn’t count. Then continued to charge for a further 2 payments. Begged not to have it as the quality was terrible. They told me to get stuffed. The payments just keep coming! I don’t want them, they’re awful leave me alone!!”
