“I can't cancel the membership. I've contacted support multiple times and their answer is I should have cancelled in the first 14 days if not then they can't because I have to pay. Pay for something that I do not want or need. Just because I did not cancel, the order took almost 2 weeks to arrive so it leaves you a window of a couple of days to cancel the membership.
Also really dishonest and threatening.
Dishonest as they are telling me they can't cancel because the order is already place, but when I asked where is the order they say I need to pay so they will ship it :|
Threatening as they send a email where that state " we will transfer the claim to our debt collection partner"
So I would avoid this company at all costs, is not normal for a company to force you to buy another product and not allow you the option to cancel at any time.”

“Would give them one star if I could. I tried to cancel during the reflection period but the process made it extremely difficult to complete. Upon canceling my membership, I now have to pay for two orders I didn't want due to their four week notice period, which goes on throughout your entire membership.
