“We we're looking to replace our hybrid mattress for a silicon as it's quiet hot in Singapore. However was off put by the high pricing of the main brands (6k SGD and upwards) Came across Noa and was really attracted by their simplicity and focus on customers (100 day trial). From order to delivery was a flawless experience with prompt updates from customer service and shipping. Have the mattress 3 weeks now and it's a game-changer! Felt a bit soft to start but that's because out previous mattress was more firm. However now having such great sleeps that I can't get up in the morning! Special mention to Rachel and CEO Jeremy when there was an issue with PayPal amount and actual credit card charge. Jeremy reached out personally and refunded the 11.24 (even though it was my banks fault) Noa Sleep are a fantastic company that truly obsess over their customers and have a bright future ahead”

“One of the ads caught my attention online. Never thought I’d buy a mattress online. Wifey was skeptical at first, but with the 100 night return policy, made it easier to decide to give it a shot. We’re really happy with our decision. There is no motion transfer, and I find it really is the perfect “feeling”.”

“Been sleeping on my Noa for 5 weeks now, and we are very happy. We used to have an Ikea mattress for 10 years, it’s a big difference for a similar pricing. Good customer service and delivery time was ok.”

“Excellent customer service, and knowledgeable staff. This made a big difference for me, as I didn't feel pressurized to make the purchase, and got clear answers to all my questions about the product. The first 2-3 nights I was unsure. I think the mattress was settling in after the unboxing. Then it was just perfect. We've been sleeping on it over a month and we're really happy with the firmness and mattress.”

“Ok. Don't know about all the reviews seen here but what i among writing is my own honest review. I bought this mattress as my sealy mattress of 6 years was starting to get soft. My wife was complaining that her back was hurting and i noticed that my lower back required some stretching in the morning when i wake up. My back however wasn't hurting like how hers was My wife suggested a harder mattress. Looking at the reviews for noa, it mentions that the mattress is pretty hard. (...) My conclusion for noa mattress is that it is perfectly suited for back sleepers. Side sleepers, you will take some adjusting before it starts working for you. I would not recommend buying noa if both husband and wife are side sleepers. However, if just one is a back sleeper, buy it for that person. The side sleeper will adjust and start to love it too after awhile.”

“Did my diligence and looked into many options. Noa came ahead in terms of overall value, especially for a "hybrid" mattress: it's a great price. No complains after 3 weeks of comfortable sleep.”

“I've been sleeping on my Noa for over 2 months now, and I'm extremely happy. Had no problems with delivery. They contacted me less than 24 hours after my purchase to schedule my delivery. Very professionnal. It's a huge improvement from my old mattress(Ikea). Not even comparable. The support is really good, and yet feels like you're on a cloud. Couldn't be happier. I really recommend you give it a try. They say they will take it back for free within 100 days, so basically, it's a no brainer to me. Also, if you shop for a "hybrid‚Äù type of mattress with natural latex, it's usually much more expensive.”

“I was initially skeptical of the mattress given that it would be delivered in a box and how much more affordable it is compared to "traditional‚Äù mattresses sold in furniture shops. However, the 100 nights free trial was what made me decide to try it. Today, I received my mattress and I have to say it was so much fun unpacking with my partner. It was amazing to also watch the mattress inflating within seconds after removing the plastic. We took a nap and as back / side sleepers, we were very comfortable and overall very satisfied.”

“I never thought I'd ever end up ordering a mattress online. My wife brought up this company and said we should check them out while mattress shopping. The overall presentation was good, but I had lots of questions regarding the product as it seems unlikely to order this kind of product on the Internet. Anyways, with the 100 day return policy, We got a very prompt and detailed response from their support team. They know their stuff. After our payment the mattress was delivered within 2 days, which we were really happy about. We're extremely happy with our decision as it's a similar product as some of the more luxurious and pricy mattress we saw in the stores for less than half the price. Great deal!”

“Really amazed of how far things have come in the last 11 years, since I last purchased a mattress. Online, free delivery, and don't have to strap it on top of my car. WOW. Upgraded to King Size, very happy with that decisions. The Noa is simply great you'll love it. Great service also. Thanks for everything.”
