“All the orders I have made have been well delivered and well packaged. The orders have never taken long to arrive, only this last order I made has not been sent yet and it has been a month since I made it and I don't understand why, there isn't any type of item that is pre-order or exclusive in my order.”

“I really like a the products that you guys sell and the package is always very cute. I know that preorder things take a lot of time to ship but my Straykids Hop album still has not been shipped even tho it has been released since last year.”
