Order No. NAEC80087071322 Very worst products and poor customer support from Noon. This is the second time I got cheated from Noon. Such horrible irresponsible online purchase portal I have ever experienced. I ordered iPhone 7 plus with 1 year Apple Warranty 3 weeks back and when I have checked warranty once shipment was arrived, it was expired. I complained and they took it back. That particular payment credited in my cart after couple of days days I have ordered new iPhone 8 with 1 year apple warranty mentioned while ordering unit (I have the full details or order with screens shot) today when the shipment arrived I chekched the warranty again it shows it is expired too. Then I have spoken to the customer representative he simply says that it not Apple warranty only noon warranty cover. We never saw in the online portal mentioned neither it was Apple warranty or Noon warranty. Customer representative told me that, all iPhones available in Noon, there is no Apple warranty onle Noon warranty they provides. I have experienced very worst support 2nd time from Noon. Don't buy anything from Noon as it is for cheating people and eating Haraam money.

They have the worst follow up system, unless you do they aint gonna come back with updates. They have a horrible complaints department, whose focus is to close the case once shipment is done regardless how long it takes. Very disappointed with the services rendered, their information is all over the place. My delivery date promised has now passed 10 days and no one had a courtesy to call and update unless I did. Noon has to be pushed to get things done at times, paralyzed performance in the market.

Never buy anything from noon. Bought a PS4 pro and wasted my money on the scam site Gave the PS4 for warranty and it’s been 21 days with no update All they say is they will call you They never call you Get me a refund quick

Would rate “NEGATIVE” or “ZERO” if available. It’s a very bad experience for a first time order with Noon. I ordered specifically “GLASS” and not “PLASTIC” blender as described in the item description and as shown in the pictures. I was too much upset and disappointed as it failed beyond my expectations. Though it was delivered on time but the item itself is not what it seems as expected. Plus the fact that there’s no option of exchanging with correct order immediately without undergoing this pickup and return quality check process. I will get my refund only after returning the item and their quality check, and I have doubt that they will really make full refund including shipping. Well, technically it’s not my fault and I did not order an incorrect item, rather, they have delivered an incorrect item. Not recommendable for future online purchases.

You asking what went wrong You should ask what went correct Nothing was correct Orders not received Orders received was not as published This is a nightmare sale website It is not recommended for any Unfortunately rate option from 1 star to 5 stars Even the 1 star you don't deserve it guys

So I decided to buy a PS4 pro from this site Now I highly regret it Here’s my experience with Noon I bought my product and received it 2 days later.When I received it the box was damaged Another issue I noticed was the model number on the box did not match with the products model number,At this point I was certain tht my product was second hand I called there custom service and they said we don’t sell fake products.I trusted them which I highly regret A few months passed and my product stopped working My item was collected and it’s been 17 days Everytime I ask them the status they say it’s in service center!!! How long will it be there Another issue with this site is we can’t write reviews About the seller!!! Why is that a thing Not at all recommending this site to anyone

Item received lately and it’s Wrong item and still didn’t refund the money !! As per their promising days of 14 days passed 5 days back. Such a worse and pathetic experience face ever in my life. Waste of time and money.

I purchased from Noon, that in express delivery(next day delivery) , i think they did not know the meaning of express delivery and order from my credit card, this is really bad experience that i didn't receive my order yet ,no response with team ,i tried to connect with noon, no use of, when i call to 80038888 ,nothing replied, please all don't purchase from noon.com, really feel very bad experience.

OVER THE PERIOD OF LAST 45 DAYS I HAD TRIED 4 TIMES TO PURCHASE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 9 FROM NOON.COM AND RECEIVING A FAKE / REFURBISHED PRODUCT EVERY TIME... REALLY FED UP WITH THE SERVICE THE SAD PART IS THAT, NOON.COM DOESN'T HAVE ANY SELLER REVIEW SECTION (FOR US TO KNOW THE SELLER REVIEW BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER). BEWARE when they keep lying about calling customers on the phone to solve the problems cuz they don't, if you wanna get scammed go for noon.com they have 100 ways to do it. an absolute garbage place that will rip you off! save your money.

I ordered firewood of 10kg and received charcoal of not even half that weight. Call center refused to put me in contact with a manager and advised that I can either complain about my issue or return the product for a refund. I find it hard to believe that a company of this magnitude does not have a manager on duty to handle situations like this. Reading other online reviews, it seems that I am not the only customer having this issue, which leads me to believe that this is the way noon operates. How hard can it be to deliver the correct items that was ordered? This definitely will make me think twice about using noon again.

I ordered one of the products from noon , that are showing 99 percent stock available and paid by cards, after two weeks they told the products not available and not yet refund the cash. ( now more than 10 days). Also no product reviews option. The main thing is still products ads available in stores.

Very Very Bad Bad Service and Company. Very Very Bad Bad Service and Company. NEVER order from them! Do it via Amazon. They are delivering the wrong order and they do this for the 2-nd time for the same item within 1 week. UNBELIEVABLE !!! I AM SHOCKED!!! After speaking with 4 people within the week they couldn't make sure that the item which will be send for 2-nd time will be correct one!!! And it seems it is normal for them to do wrong delivery at all the time, because most of complaints only about this issue. Weird, isn't it. I am already waiting for my refund from the 1-st time which will take 14 working days. And now again and again. DO NOT Order from them ... save your money!!! Order No: NAEC80035234922

I received items I know for a fact that they are NOT genuine and since they have "no return" symbol I know I can't return them, I wanted to leave a review on the items so I can help other potential buyers (a simple feature that they don't provide), My question for noon.com , if what you intend for your customers is a decent shopping experience why don't you put a review system on the items so we can do your job and weed out bad actors on your platform who tamper with items (electronics and dangerously drugs/food supplements)
