Apart from the flashy uniforms, the branding and all stuff, Noon emcommerce severally lacks the process to be in place for the right and on time deliveries, in addition to their unethical emcommerce practice they follow which is being detailed below for all others to be known and not fall prey to this ecommerce. We got a wrong item delivered by Noon and it's seller NAEC70055175663 (obviously a mistake from Noons end) and paid the payment incl. COD and delivery fees, payment mode was cash on delivery, when we realized the item was a wrong delivery we requested for replacement of the items again, which shows its out of stock, which forced us to request for the paid money to be refunded, after so many follow up calls to their Saudi and UAE team with no positive feedback, finally Noon refunded the money of the product only, but the delivery and COD fees for the wrong product delivered were not refunded, which is absolutely insane and cheating!!! 1. First the item is delivered wrongly then Noon charge 20 dhs for delivery and COD. 2. The same item is not in stock for replacement forcing the customer to refund. 3. When the refund happens only the product money gets refunded, 4. Where is the money of Dhs 20 I paid for delivery and COD for a wrong delivery? 5. Who is making undue profit out of such unethical business practices, is Noon or its Seller? Either way Noon would be responsible. 6. I want the dhs 20 to be refunded to me for a wrong delivery Noon have done, which is being kept by Noon and it's Seller. I would again reiterate that Noon and it's seller first deliver the wrong items then keep the money of the delivery charge and COD making undue profit out of it. This practice shows Noons blatant disregard to follow any ethical ecommerce practice. We were also using Noon Daily, but with this incident now we will uninstall all Noon platforms, and rather stick with Amazon which is much more reliable and follows certain business ethics. This is an eye opener to all the customers not to fall prey to such ecommerce business. If we do not get out money refunded fairly, then we will be raising this matter to Noon's chairman, perhaps he is not aware of such practices happening under his eyes!!!

Have had my printer bought through them hp ink tank and it was not printing black color in few months. Now it has been 2-3 months and due to their misguiding the printer warranty is void. Numerous emails and follow up no reply they are hiding their mistake and dont care on service. Never try like these local companies only have posh looks and color but cannot keep up the after-sales service like international brands. I ordered a Gilette Venus 3 blades I received it open with 1 missing Item Also on the outside of the envelope the price mentioned 44 derham while I am paying 64 derham Very bad service Very bad products with Low quality It is my first and last I order from noon Not recommended at all I consider this is cheating Everything is bad

I have though to buy one renewed item and had a chat with one of the Customer care, better he advised with no warranty and the product may or may not work ..as the whatever overview written is CONTENT ERROR in the page ...so i got to know that they can write anything about warranty and Item description with a small * that content error can happen at anytime ... what type of cheating is this ..No clue ....Better to avoid buying expensive items from NOON as they can cheat you easily with a tag CONTENT ERROR in the description and Page item - https://www.noon.com/uae-en/renewed-quietcomfort-35-series-ii-wireless-headphones-black/N37932822A/p visit the page any normal guy think this item got 12 month noon warranty as in overview marked with renewed premium... But unfortunately No warranty // so why they have marked with renewed premium ...!!! and the chat NOON CC : It's a general information, if warranty is available on renewed items it will be maximum 12 months. ME: Why in the overview its mentioned upto 12 months NOON CC: I am sorry it's a content error. If warranty is not mentioned on the right top corner it will not be provided. You can but this item and when you will download the invoice no warranty will be mentioned on it.

They will say warranty in their pages and makes us confused ...later they will say no warranty - especially for their renewed items My known one bought one item they said its renewd premium in eir page and later they said its doesnt cover warranty , the item stopped after 1 month... Please beware - Item - BOSE Headphone So better to beware and avoid ..Thanks

Do not click ‘Get same day’ or ‘Get it together’. They don’t work and you will be charged more than the premium and additional charges. It’s best to pay card as COD is very expensive. The Customer Service lies about delivery and schedule. You as customer does not get the option to choose delivery slot either. There is no practical option for same day delivery or getting things together even if it’s from same country or state. Logistics is immature and is no comparison to those in US. Why was I charged all the service costs and more together for first part delivery; i don’t know. Breaking the trust of an existing customer.

Had a terrible experience with noon Egypt I ordered a Logitech G603 and what arrived was Logitech G306. This model is not even found in Logitech's Store so most certainly a fake mouse. Also, the case was damaged and had tares on the opening which indicates it was opened before. Very disappointed with my first experience with noon Egypt. Wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with them. Bad thing the least star is 1. P.S I called the call center and they said a courier will take it back but I will have to wait a week or more to get my money back. Avoid Noon at all costs

I wish i could given negative star..Their costumer care representatives don't know about where is my package. They are luring with next day delivery ( Express Order ) but they are not delivering next day. Poorest service ever.

Never buy from Noon.com if u expect a after sale service from them. They don't have a service center (which is asper the call center guy, when i asked him how other retail seller are providing such service) hence any repair/service to be done from customer by contacting respective service center or third party dealers. I would suggest people opting to buy things from noon to think twice if you are expecting after sale service. After numerous follow ups on call and mail, they took exact 7 days to provide a proper response and that too was by seeing the picture stating LCD Broken pls get it fixed from out side, we are closing your warranty claim, though my request was to get the item repaired.

Never buy things by seeing the discount or offer from this site, their post delivery service are worst and they don't bother to provide any after sale service. They don't have any service center as per them when my 49inch TV had to get repaired during the warranty period. Pls double check the items that you plan to buy from noon. It's good for groceries or items lass than 20-30 dhm. Don't go for electronic or priced items.. And just mention that they do such service it took a week even after doing email or call follow up every day.

It is either you improve your customer service, meaning that deliver the product on time, (example product to be delivered on June 10th means on June 10th, maximum on June 11th or 12th, not 1 week later or 3 weeks later or 1 month later or 3 months later) Otherwise if you cannot do this, please shut down your company.

What to say what to comment about you noon and about your sellers and customer service my order arrived with missing item trolley without the baby what ur seller trying to do and when you are packing the item you are not checking it is a thieving officially it is a thieving I will make u a big problem this is my last order and I will complaint you to DDE. On31st May 2020, I ordered apple MacBook Pro model mxk62 2020 on Noon.ae. Delivery date is 7th June 2020. I called them in 6th June to check the status. They said order is in process and will be delivered in 48 hours. I wanted to gift it to my son whose birthday is on 8th June. I called them again on 7th June morning and requested them to deliver as per the agreed date. They said I should have ordered in express option. Why should I order in Express option when the delivery date if 7th June OK with me. They mentioned the item has not yet reached their warehouse. This means their supplier didn’t deliver the product yet. As I wanted it by 7th June, I had to cancel my order. Later I called Papita Trading the supplier to noon. They said they delivered the product on 3rd June itself to noon. I don’t know why noon didn’t deliver the product? It is quite disappointing for me. Especially during this covid time I didn’t want to go out to purchase the product. Finally I had to go out purchased it from Jumbo Showroom At higher price in Deira City Center. Now I have to wait for 14 days to receive the money back from noon. I haven’t expected this kind of an experience from Noon.

I ordered a nespresso machine from them. It arrived on time, but the box was opened and the sample coffee capsules were removed. I called costumer support and they tried to trick me by saying it doesn’t come with one. So I told them if you don’t solve the problem I will file a fraud case to Ministry of trade.
