“A truly exceptional experience with Noon.com once again. What a breath of fresh air for the region. Service and delivery is exceptionally prompt (Their noon now products are delivered the next day, sometimes even on the same day itself!) I have purchased a number of items and all are above board and legitimate, their returns process is straightforward... and free! Some incredibly angry reviews here give a skewed overall impression of the company. People do love to complain, and never praise! I'm not an ardent reviewer, but felt compelled to state that I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Noon thus far. Keep up the good work guys!!! Thanks again”

“Speedy and efficient service. Some items were not available, I was offered alternatives immediately. When I declined my refund was immediately issued and credits added to my account. All phone calls from customer care were super friendly, helpful and polite, too!”
