Took me along time to come back to Noon, after a poor experience on black Friday last year. This time had 8 shipments for one order - the drivers just arrive and then get annoyed when no one is home, as we are at work, go figure!! Most items arrived days later than advertised. All arrived in little plastic courier baggies and 4 original packaging boxes totally destroyed, so could not use them as presents - had to send back. The return was again a logistical minefield but they collected on the day they said they would. Still waiting for my money/ refund after much chasing, is coming up to three weeks!! Very poor service and quality. if they only would package the goods properly into a box (like their competitors) or not just toss them into the back of a van they might actually be kinda ok - but this experience was so horrible it will take me a long time to open up their website again.

noon does not listen to their customers .. i ordered a collectible toy item i told them to put it in a box so the toy box does not get damage and the toy inside stay in place .. they have confirm it will be in a box instead of plastic bag.. but no they lied to me delivered it to me with a plastic bag and the item is damage .. very good noon you got another bad review and i pray this company goes down one day

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NOON WORST COMPANY IN THE UNIVERSE. I ordered an ipad 2018 on 20 sep which is due to arrive on 26 sep.Noon call centre told me they cannot deliver So cancel order and reorder it. Reordering done on 27sep and by 10 oct it will reach at my destination. I was following it up every three days finally on 10 th oct noon called me and said due to customs issue it cannot be delivered so they will cancel the order and give me credit in noon account. Now I cannot take back this money in my credit card. I have never seen such a useless company and their support.They firmly believe in apologising and not in solving the issue.Never ever order anything from noon

Unreliable delivery and customer service Unreliable delivery and extremely inefficient customer service. I recently ordered organic essential oils in Riyadh. The first promise of the delivery failed, the driver requested the location via Whatsup which I provided within 5 min; the item was not delivered. I sent a message that I’m leaving the country and won’t be able to accept the order. The following day I received a call, while boarding the plane, that my order will be delivered that day. Another message sent. After I came back, I received a message that my item will be delivered the next day. And again they failed. I checked the account in order to cancel the item and request the refund and noticed that the item was marked as delivered. I decided to call the customer service to ask for refund. I was assured that they take care of it and will get back to me within 3 business days. 8 days later no phone call; I called again and requested to talk to a supervisor. Fast forward, I spoke over the next 5 days with 2 other supervisors requesting the refund and stopping daily phone calls from their drivers trying to deliver the essential oil that was kept in the overheated delivery car for over 3 weeks. A month has passed since placing the order and still there is no resolution to my issue; to this day I have not received any refund for the item that has not been delivered. At this point it’s not about the money for me, it’s the principle. I used Noon for the first and last time and will ensure advising my friends not to use this company. I have ordered previously on Souk.com and Desertcart, my experience has been great and delivery smooth. My advice, refrain from using this company. I gave them one star as I had no other choice to express my dissatisfaction.

Ordered a product and payment was done from my credit card and product not delivered reason as per noon is out of stock , if out of stock why payment received by you and why I have to wait for 3 days to get notification of out of stock .

Very bad service 😡 i ordered for mobile.Phone got in serious issue with in amonth.. Send for repair waited for 1 month.. No proper feedback.. Fed-up of calling customer service..then asked for refund.. That also not happening

It is really ridiculous, first of all order is delayed and apologized by noon team , same order came with different dimension mentioned in website. My another not delivered reason as per noon is out of stock , if out of stock why payment received by you and why I have to wait for 3 days to get notification of out of stock . Nobel you issued voucher and I have to buy again from you , why? Pls don’t just copy paste answer. Kindly reply one by one

2 (NAEB90097070484-S1)( NAEBA079629052-S1) NOON IS GIVING FAKE PRODUCTS FROM NOON ( baby finger interactive toy) and again I order QCY earphone (NAEBA0043898501-S2) and again they send me (mi- headphone) which I dint placed ..... IN A WEEK I GOT 3 FAKE PRODUCT FROM NOON ..... I CANT BELIVE NOON IS SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS TO THEIR COUSTOMERS... IM REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH NOON.COM ( I really don't have any hope with them )

poor management and poor customer service , poor delivery service and fake commitment to customers not delivery on time please please don't depend noon.com for your shopping, if you are planning to flying with your luggage, they will not deliver on time Maybe you can fly without luggage because of noon they are not committed 😒 to customers

Terrible! Placed an order last evening through Noon for the first time and it said the items would be delivered the next day. Hence, I was all excited about it and i cancelled all my plans waiting at home all day waiting for the package to arrive but at the end of the day nothing came. So i called the Customer Service Agent at Noon to find out whats going on, only to find out that my package isnt gonna be delievered on the promised date given by Noon!!!. When i asked the Customer Service agent when is the rightful date for the package to arrive, he was like " I dont know maybe tomorrow ". Its such a terrible experience for a first time user. I thought Noon would be better than this!!

Anything less than 1 star?? I dont want to give even one star. I don't know whats happening with noon. We order something and on expected delivery date they will come up with so many excuses and the moment we raise the complaint somebody else will call and promise that maximum within 2 days we will get the delivery from another seller and noon will pay the difference and all. Again on the next "PROMISED" day they are coming up with another story. Customer service team is good but noon got such a waste logistic team. Please stay away from NOON
