Dear All, Noon is full of fraud people, i ordered one iPhone and that was defective and i contacted them many times for refund but the customer representatives was unable to satisfy me. I am going to complaint on SAMA (Saudi official Government for Consumer Protection Department) and they will be in deep problem insha Allah.

World number one fraud company ..i Oder an item through noon.com with supposed to be deliver on the same day as per them its under noon express . but today is the 5th day after my oder and when i was checking with them now they are saying it cannot be delivered due to technical error so that they will refund . Sarah from customer service is very un- professional as she dont know how to handle the people. guys i suggest please do not buy anything from noon .....

Guys do not Oder anything from noon .com , the customer service which they are providing is really stupid , The WORST company for delivery and items in Dubai. I’m sure they don't even have half the stuff! Fake products and false promises. i made an order from noon express which supposed to be deliver on same day but unfortunately until now it was not delivered ( now 03 days ) when i am contacting the chat support they are saying as it is not ready and they have raised a complaint . If I could give them half a star I would. Terrible first time experience. Product delivery date keeps changing before my eyes, and is not what I paid for! If you want to buy online, stick to Amazon. very bad service ...........no words to express the frustration..

I made an order for over 100AED to avoid shipping charges. Noon cancels part of the order then refund the balance 77AED into noon credits forcing me to buy other items and charge me shipping since the amount is below 10aed. This happened to me twice. Pathetic to say the least.

terrible experience, after waiting for 5 days for an item to ship locally, the product delivered is not what i ordered. ordered for a premium model(with a high price tag) but delivered normal one with low price. this is not the first time, previously i ordered one electronic piano it came with out the charger having offered both on the order/website. return policy is tedious and it take days to collect, and sort out your issue, if the item delivered is different from what we ordered customer should get his money back not the noon credit for the whole amount which they paid upfront trusting the brand. i would rather stay away next time because what expected to be a joyful shopping exp has turned in to a nightmare both the time. They give estimated time of one week for the order to be delivered and on the date to deliver they send messages that ur order has been delayed and then they never message u back Third class service

If I could give them half a star I would. Terrible first time experience. Product delivery date keeps changing before my eyes, and is not what I paid for! If you want to buy online, stick to Amazon.

We are selling through Noon and their seller support is not good. They lost one of our products which a buyer had returned. We never got the goods back from Noon. They lost it and we kept following up for 3 months and then gave up. Most times emails and calls also go unanswered.

The WORST company for delivery and items in Dubai. I’m sure they don't even have half the stuff! Fake products and false promises. Even when you make a complaint they tell your in the wrong! Even when you don’t have what you’ve paid for !!! What a joke company!! Amazon is far safer and superior to this shambles. Use Amazon. Mumzworld just DON’T use noon. I’m disgusted. Rubbish. what a load of rubbish.

First of all they said you order may face a delay , I was waiting for them for more than one week. Them suddenly they said your order is cancelled. So here you can understand what I felt after receiving this message.

Was 2 times I have had received the used Items which is I've paid for brand new item. It is very bad seller are scamming. Good thing is noon accepted my 1st still waiting for the second one.

I have bought HUAWEI Y9 from noon and after 4 months it is not turning on. I have requested for warranty and they collected the phone for repair. Then the phone is came back without repairing. They are saying, the fault because of my misuse. I contacted the seller directly and they said to request noon to pick the phone again. But the noon saying they cannot give me the warranty because already I claimed. I didn't expected this experience from noon ever. I thought it is a good company. They show me the worst part of their service. I will not use noon anymore and I am suggesting to buy the Phone and other electronic items from your nearby stores. Their service is very good when delivering new item and they will not care when you are claiming the warranty.

Am purchased Samsung s 10 e phone online with help of my friend in UAE once i recived the phone and am trying to set as normal and found that its looked with some third part companies and the service support team sending mails only for apology no action taken since Is the 6 th day , Am moved to oman now they are saying they can do something once the phoe came to uae they are not able to support Am really upset that am holding a phone and not able to use the phone the cost of the phone 1700 AED Totally confused what to do 18.02.2020 Dear team ; My complaint still not solved this is the 12 day after am raised the issue ,the delayed response are totally inconvenience and disappointed And how the customer can trust and buy something it’s coming out as it’s faulty ,and how will be the support once the user start using the item 😒 THE PHONE THEY TAKE BACK ON 15.02.20 FOR REFUND AND SAID IT WILL BE WITH IN TWO DAYS NOW 19.02.20 A NEW MAIL AND UPDATE CAME AND SAYING WITH IN 48 HORS THEY WILL CALL . AM A UNLUCKY END USER NOT USER THE PHONE SINCE I PURCHASED AND NOW FOLLOWING ECAH DAY FOR REFUND BEWARE OF THIS PEOPLE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY 20.02.20 the latest update about the complaint once I called them are saying it will be 6 hrs issue will be sort .... jock of the day !!!!

they lied to me !!!! I bought 4 items, they all were fake ! I unboxed the items outside KSA, becouse I'm studing abroad . after figure that all items are fake , I contacted Noon to resolve the issue and they said they are going to call me in less that 48 hours , which they didn't !!!! also i gave them my personal number to contact me , but they called my dad phone number (my old address) , and tottaly ignore my request right now i got 4 items which are totally fake and they denide to returne my money .... it's really bad to see such scammers exists in our country :/

Honestly the worst online shopping experience with hidden costs that was asked for when the items were delivered delivery. Nowhere on any email communication was this mentioned! And after refusing the order and cancelling online.. they tried to redeliver the next day asking for the money again! Online support is also useless - just avoid altogether and use a more trustworthy provider like amazon.
