Am purchased Samsung s 10 e phone online with help of my friend in UAE once i recived the phone and am trying to set as normal and found that its looked with some third part companies and the service support team sending mails only for apology no action taken since Is the 6 th day , Am moved to oman now they are saying they can do something once the phoe came to uae they are not able to support Am really upset that am holding a phone and not able to use the phone the cost of the phone 1700 AED Totally confused what to do 18.02.2020 Dear team ; My complaint still not solved this is the 12 day after am raised the issue ,the delayed response are totally inconvenience and disappointed And how the customer can trust and buy something it’s coming out as it’s faulty ,and how will be the support once the user start using the item 😒 THE PHONE THEY TAKE BACK ON 15.02.20 FOR REFUND AND SAID IT WILL BE WITH IN TWO DAYS NOW 19.02.20 A NEW MAIL AND UPDATE CAME AND SAYING WITH IN 48 HORS THEY WILL CALL . AM A UNLUCKY END USER NOT USER THE PHONE SINCE I PURCHASED AND NOW FOLLOWING ECAH DAY FOR REFUND BEWARE OF THIS PEOPLE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

overall bad experience, do not recommend at all, poor quality poor customer service, the things are either fake or don’t last a day. i’ve gotten 2 led lights and had one not work from the start and the other’s circuit burned. tried to contact noon and had no response and this isn’t the first time it happened, and to multiple people.

The worst company EVER! The worst complaint department EVER! They take your money and sent to you some trash instant if your order! When you made a complaint to take it back and get what you ordered it takes WEEKS!!!!!!!! And it’s impossible to talk to Superviser! People in complaint department lie to you again and again! Why this company is working? Just to spoil life of customers ?

On December 2019 I had brought samsung note 10plus from noon.com, I had some issue with mobile and visited Samsung service center they informed me that my mobile has no warranty and this mobile is already used / activated in September 2019. How can noon can sell used mobile? Very much dissatisfied and feel like cheated

I am reqular customer of noon and Recantly i order i phone 7plus 128 GB order NAEC20086033299, i recieved on 12th feb ,Its been a worst experience of ordering a iPhone 7+ through this website , i received a dummy phone worth 1700AED . Unboxing the phone i took a video aswell just to ensure i have it as a proof , in case the phone is not received with any physical damage . Post that i put d phone on chare for good 4hrs but the phone never got charged nor i could not see any icon of charging on the screen . To ensure if its really a dummy piece i put the unique IMEI/ Series no. On Apple website it mentioned as the phone is of 6+ model ,which meant even the box was fake of a different model .Not just that the Sim slot too had no IMEI no. Post this i checked on YouTube for Authentic IPhone models all the conclusions was ITS A DAMN DUMMY PHONE .I advice to never buy any phone online ,And its the second time i feel cheated on Noon website . I shall never recommend anyone to use this app for any online shopping .

I bought iphone 11 pro max on the site and it was my worst experience ever, they sent me iphone japanese version, where u cannot make the phone silent, i asked for refund and everything is just going so slow no one contacted me yet, and they said refunding might take 14-30 days. It’s just a nightmare. I hope no one go through this experince.

Im glad that you WANT to make sure but I am not sure the product is authentic and have reasons for that: 1. Packaging 2. Warranty and reference was not found on HP website when entered to authenticate (which MUST be the case if product is authentic ) 3. I ordered 1 TB capacity and not a single place on product nor on box it’s mentioned

Bluetooth in-Ear Earphones White- Ordered On the 4th of Feb, and recieved on 8th of Fed (Express delivery). Again one of Earbuds (left) is not working at all. I am not sure if I cancel it, will they arrive to collect it ? if yes how long will come to collect... I would not recomend as good seller!

I had very bad experience with noon.com, its terrible, they are not covering any warranty. When we buy they are saying its with warranty, but when you claim the warranty they are giving some or other excuse not helping.

(Product authenticity issue) Recently I purchase a product (Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado)...it turned out to be fake. I had to open it to check and I found it runny. I though It might have melted a bit due to heat so I put it in the fridge ...after I took it out, at room temperature it still felt runny. The labels are lighter in color and the whole product feels off. I cannot return it as it is an item that cannot be exchanged or returned. I have a worthless product at hand and I am short by 95 SAR. Please have customer reviews on the products. I have seen some E-commerce sites that allows past customer to post pictures of the product they purchased...it is very helpful. It is a great loss when a purchase ends up being fake and cannot be returned. Customer reviews help and simplifies in identifying fake products majority of the time.

Hi, I ordered (NAEC20041408149) 3rd of February and all are express products and it mention expected delivery is 4th of February. But I didn’t get any updates from noon. Then I called and check the status through phone. And they’re saying they made a complaint and escalation team will call us as asap. But I didn’t get any call till now. Very bad service from Noon. They must inform us if there is any delay to delivery

Just Got My Order No NAEC10049295924 cancelled just now by Noon due to NO Stock Availability and Technical Glitch of site (Which I am sure that is not there..as I can still the product online with the same Vendor). Gave order on 28th JAN and till yesterday as per my talk with noon the order will be delivered on time i.e. 04th Feb 2020...Needed this order to give gift for my very close friend birthday tomorrow and After 6 Days of order confirmation got a call on cancellation. Amazon online shopping is way above the league in this matter. Now need to find the gift in last minute ...Thanks NOON !!
