Amazon and Bangood was two weeks waiting for this printer so I chose Noon because they said they could deliver in 5 days. Shipment order was of 3d printer and 3d printer filament. I got delivery of the filament first and was a different colour and I paid Express for the delivery very of the 3D printer to arrive. I cancelled 3d printer 5 days after the expected delivery date. I know the delays can happen especially in covid 19 but the teams reassurance was terrible and say the next 24/48 hours and convinced me they had no clue where it was so I cancelled everything. They also cancelled my 50 AED voucher I used 😂 I was promised a managers call and never got it. Moral of the storey is noon is full of false promises and say they are quicker than amazon. Poor support team who tell you anything to keep your order. No value for money paying express. They don't deserve business. Bad experience with two items as the first noon customer

Waiting for 8 days for updates about an item. Each time I contact customer support they say I will get an update in 24 hours but it never comes. 8 days past shipping date. NAEC40048464858-S1. I understand delays happen but I am frustrated by the lack of promised communication and information.

I ordered Dunhill London Icon sold by almalikaperfumestrading llc and it was fake! We always order the same perfume in Souq.com before and we never received fake Dunhill. Order ID NAEC40095256809, it was ordered on 3rd of April and we received yesterday. Very disappointed.

Worst service ever. Poor response, continuous wrong promises to call back and no one calls back. Failing to deliver orders on time and admitting that the item is out of stock after 15 days of placing the orders and multiple follow ups. I will never order any item through this platform in the future

Very bad experience i place order on 2 of April i should receive on 14 till now i didn't receive and I contact customer service no body call me back and explain to me the reison for delaying they are telling we will solve the issuee withen 48 hrs and no body contacting me again Very bad and these last time to order from noon They r in harry to take many prepaid and when its come for the service zero

This is further to my previous review and how they cheat customers Order ID NAEC30096524877 Placed on Mar 26, 2020 was not delivered and i had no clue on what is happening. I wrote a review here about my bad experience. On 10th April i got call from their customer care and asked to cancel all previous orders and the guy called himself raised new order and gave AED 25 discount to match the increase in price so that price matches to previous order. He asked me to choose only express items and claimed it will be delivered on time since its available in their ware house. I was so happy with this gesture and expected the new delivery to be on time. Now today i was supposed to get deliveries...nothing happened and no update, no response from them. Have they stopped deliveries? they just need orders and payment. And i under stood refund also take time to get credited back to your account....its hopeless now

Very bad service very bad and unprofessional customer service u have 1 order with items not delivered for more than 3 weeks and another order with no updates on my items which also delaying many complaints and many calls to. Them and no one cares and as a trend now blaming the situation very shame company I Will never order again and I will raise a case against noon as you are just stealing people money With.

Worst customer service in UAE and spoiling the name of EMAAR. It’s been 3 weeks I am chasing them to find a solution for my problem of log in to my account first of all no one replies to emails EVER secondly if some one by mistake calls me has no solution or authority to resolve the issue and promises to call me back and that never happens. they are also holding my refund money and refusing to return it back. Never ever buy anything at all from noon else be prepared to get FAKE stuff and worst service and lies on planet earth.

i have been facing delay with my order from NOON and the customer service agent has been advising it will be delivered in the next 24 hours. and that is the answer i get everyday. they are blaming the delay due to the current situation in the country but the same seller sent me another item in the purchased list. same supplier needs to send me the other item. so my conclusion is that noon is allowing people to cheat buyers by allowing them to post online items that they actually don't have. and they don't penalise them for causing issues.

I Placed an order in Noon.come on date of 8th April'20 & Noon.come has sent me my payment confirmation at the same time post deduction from my card . After that I have been waiting for 6 days & No Notification for my order ! I dn't even know the status of my order ! Its really disappointing! Is this the service standard Noon.com has ?

They advertise saying if you place the order with some hours you will get the product in this day .. and I just fell for it .. it was suppose to come today and now they are being sorry ... And said they raised a ticket blah blah ... This was all because of situation it seems .. the situation was there while they are promoting, now why they have to blame .. they said in 48 hrs they will come back .. I don't even know y they need 48 hrs to revert a call .. and it rang the bell in my head " oh wait ... They have a heap a lot of complain calls to revert that 48 hrs is what it takes to reach mine ... I will not shop from noon and I make sure every one whom I know will follow the same

The order was supposed to be delivered on the 13th, after waiting almost a week. I contacted customer service and they told me to wait another 48 hours just so they can update me. No regards to customer service at all!

No quality, not keeping promises to customer, delivery also not prompt. Eg: i purchased two types of mask, one for 8 dhms and another for 13 dhm. But when i received the items both are absolutely same. You guys are looting customers..still one of my item got cancellation from noon side. This is the second time the same thing happening... i won't recommend noon further

I book my order on Bulshit noon. I get it after almost 8 days. I buy 3 Megir watches 2 of them ok but 1 of them date function nor working I contact with customer service they told me there is no any exchange policy we can do just refund policy. I request him you can just change watch and give me the good one they totally refused. I never buy anything in future and also advice to my friends don't trust on them they are totaly fraud plz dont waste your money

I ordered a Samsung 2.1ch Series 4 Soundbar System With Remote HW-R450 Black on 25th March, 2020. It was delivered on 27th March, 2020 After unpacking it, I discovered it will not come on because the power cable to the sound bar didn't clip and was pulling off. Made a RETURN order same day. Product was picked up by NOON Agent on 28th March, 2020. Since then I have called customer care number, did whatsapp chat, but unfortunately no one picked the call nor replied message. I mailed the HELP email, then someone replied and gave assurance that the matter has been escalated and will be updated soon. I was told to give them 72hours. Unfortunately till today as 72hours as long expired, nothing whatsoever has been heard nor a refund done nor replacement given. I have purchased stuffs on NOON with good reviews before, but with this, ITS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

I ordered a phone and it was delivered on time but they brought me a low spec phone of the same model. 6GB ram instead of the 8gb that I ordered and that I was charged for. Will never use noon again.
