Very Very Bad Bad Service and Company. Very Very Bad Bad Service and Company. NEVER order from them! Do it via Amazon. They are delivering the wrong order and they do this for the 2-nd time for the same item within 1 week. UNBELIEVABLE !!! I AM SHOCKED!!! After speaking with 4 people within the week they couldn't make sure that the item which will be send for 2-nd time will be correct one!!! And it seems it is normal for them to do wrong delivery at all the time, because most of complaints only about this issue. Weird, isn't it. I am already waiting for my refund from the 1-st time which will take 14 working days. And now again and again. DO NOT Order from them ... save your money!!! Order No: NAEC80035234922

I received items I know for a fact that they are NOT genuine and since they have "no return" symbol I know I can't return them, I wanted to leave a review on the items so I can help other potential buyers (a simple feature that they don't provide), My question for noon.com , if what you intend for your customers is a decent shopping experience why don't you put a review system on the items so we can do your job and weed out bad actors on your platform who tamper with items (electronics and dangerously drugs/food supplements)

Order ID: NAEC70096979272-S2 I brought an Apple I7 plus with 1 year apple warranty two weeks back. When I chekched the warranty now it shows already expired. Very worst experience in my life I have ever experienced. We put trust in Noon.com but this is something terrible. I need this product to be replaced or money to be refunded ASAP.

NAEC80078569456 The above is my order id. I have received a flex seed instead of chia seed. When i contact the customer service. The agent told me that cant be replaced and i need to wait for 4 working days to get collected or wait for 3 days to get resolution. This is the worst ever ecommerce company used in my life that sending different product and need to wait for four days to get update. She denied to transfer me to the floor manager and keep on insisting the wait time which the mistake is from the logistics part and i need to wait for it. If you cant provide the exact groceries. Please dont run the option of selling the same

I had really bad experience with noon not once but twice. The first time they delivered us the wrong product and we had to follow up for the refund! The second time we ordered the product, they said they will deliver in 12 days. We kept calling them and following up every single day. They kept reassuring us that the product will be delivered on time. On the day of delivery when it did not arrive and we again followed up they told us that the product is not available and we should cancel our order. And if we don't cancel it they will! Highly unprofessional and unorganized company. I am highly disappointed and they should not only refund my money but also pay me in cash for all the valuable time I have spent following up with this mess of a company! I sometimes wonder if they are even a company or it's just one person running the entire fake operation from home!!!

I had very good experience with noon in general. But I must give big dislike for not being able to write review about product. This is not giving confidence. They prefer to have product reviews powered by "Test Freaks" rater than they own customers. This is sending a bad message to customers. I personally have feeling that they don't want their customers to give opinion about product. Seller rating is possible but product it self, zero.

Received counterfeit product. The price difference between Amazon and noon was 25%. I went for noon only to receive a counterfeit product and lost all my money. Will never buy from noon again. No returns no refunds and counterfeit products - that's noon.com for you.

very unfortunate that the company has bad return policy. We bought a set of cookware. And after first use the lids handle snaped right off. After informing noon customer servise they said that the product has to be in origional unused packageing. How do they do business if this was Souq.com they would have fixe or resolved this issue.

Spurious products listed. No deliveries Phoney suppliers who are impossible to get a response from To top it all - pathetic customer service. Absolute waste of time to go on noon.com Amazon is highly reliable and genuine buss. Regret trying noon. Hope I will get my money back.

Bought Xiaomi air dot, horrible experience and waste of money. From the day one it is not working. I recommend people should go for Amazon instead of noon. Noon supplies duplicate goods.
