On Wed, 8/26/2020 purchased a Moncler vest from the Scottsdale, AZ store, but noticed that a wrong, higher price was charged, different from the tag (full) price. Had to call customer service, the store, and it was eventually corrected. Received the vest a few days later (sz 3), and regretfully, it was too big. On Friday, 9/4, drove to the Scottsdale store, tried on a size 2 in a different color and it fit much, much better. However, the store did not have it black, which is the color I needed, so the associate went to order it for me (they had a size 2, but it was actually a miss marked size 1). The paper receipt I got at the time did not have a vest size on it, so when I got home, I logged on to my computer to see the order status, and I notice that the order was for a Sz 1 instead of Sz 2!! ): Since the store closed, I called customer service to cancel the order, but they tried and told me they could not due to the order status (in process, has not shipped yet, but cannot cancel??), but to call the store the next day and see if they can do anything. The next day (9/5) I did that and the store told me they are in the same position as the customer service, so I'll have to receive the wrong size jacket (and take my time again) and return it. Also, was asked to wait for the associate who sold it to me to come in at 1PM, so she can correct and order the right size for me. Then, I went to my local Nordstrom Rack store (there is no Nordstrom store in Tucson, AZ) to return the too large Sz 3 and they were telling me it was already returned!! So, they figured out that I was sent a wrong receipt and when the price was adjusted, a new order was processed, so finally got that returned. Unnecessary difficulties! Went back home, (could have ordered from Boomingdale's or elsewhere), understanding that none of these mistakes were made intentionally, called the Scottsdale store associate to order a Sz 2 and I did, at this point ask if I could possibly get some discount/employee discount, due to this huge, endless ordeal. She asked the manager and the manager refused. I expressed my disappointment (and I was consistently professional and courteous with everyone I spoke with) and she offered that I speak with the manager, Shawn and I said sure, thank you. I nicely explained everything to the manager / Shawn, said that I never had an experience with Nordstrom like this, that I love shopping at the Nordstrom company and hoped that there would be something (i.e. employee discount), like other companies do when they make (multiple!!) mistakes (airlines give vouchers, hotels give better rates, other comparable stores give 10, 20% discounts, etc.) and she expressed she couldn't believe all that's happened to me, apologized and said there was nothing she could do!!!??? After I expressed my disbelief, she offered expedited "overnight" shipping, (((: which would allegedly get me the jacket in 4 days actually (on Wednesday and today is Saturday!), but NO discount!! Until now, I must say, I regarded Nordstrom as one of the world class companies, which I truly enjoyed wherever I traveled, but world class companies take care of their customers, especially if they, the company, made so many mistakes and put the customer through so much, where the customer has to take so much of their valuable time to have the store's/company's mistakes corrected!!! HIGHLY disappointed, so wanted to share my experience with others and on forums, etc. Update: My last, "overnight shipping" order from 9/5 was finally shipped late on Tuesday, 9/8 and scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, 9/10 (tomorrow)!! Sad!!

Nordstrom sells returned items that are not brand new. When I asked for a brand new one, I was told that the item they packaged for me is not a return even though a return sticker was on it. Other stores just say that it is the last one if that is the case instead of lying and saying the item was not a return. I do not appreciate the snarky attitude. They do not appreciate my business. I will take a break from shopping there and if other stores have the same products, I will be purchasing from them instead.

These people are crooks! They will not honor notes that have expired despite my spending thousands of dollars at their store. Stay away! They clearly do not care about their customers.

Plz Be careful I purchased two bags each one was 200 dollars I only received one and they email me to file a Police report For the one I did not receive they email me I was not getting a replacement or my money back ! Why do I have to pay for anything I did not receive very unfair ..

Bad service had to track down sales person for prices and wanted to buy purse sales girl put purse back on shelf for sale . Dress code horrible sloppy in oak brook . Very poor service thru out service even in makeup and products did not know what they sold !!!

Always good quality. I have received several dresses and pleased with them all but one which I returned because it did not fit. Good return policy. Very reputable. I would recommend this company.

A coworker and myself purchased two separate gift cards for a friend online and both cards were used in separate locations. Contacted Nordstrom and they are refusing to provide a credit or refund. It is in my opinion an inside job. Buyers BEWARE!

I purchased a Burberry Cashmere scarf online because I couldn't find it directly through Burberry. Nordstrom packaged it poorly, to say the least!!! They do better packaging at the store. It's unbelievable! You would think they would put enough effort in their packaging to match the cost of the purchase! In addition, the scarf is dirty with lint, it does not look new. I then called customer service and as soon as I stated my package was not packaged properly, they began saying they couldn't hear me.

Terrible online presence. They do not fairly treat their customers and favor bots for specific releases. Cancelling orders frequently and then holding your money for multiple days in a norm. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

An unethical company. Terrible management. The owners Nordstorm family should send home Mary and Rosie . Derek fraud dep that hurt all customers!! Became a scam and terrible company. Worst customer service ever stay away !!

Terrible company. If you got fraud on your profile or identify theft they will leave you alone . Plus hurt your credit . Don’t give up go to the police keep dispute and sue them . There is many layers today would love sue them for wrong info they will pay a lot arrogant company!! Stay away

I had a bad experience with Nordstrom. Nordstrom sold me an open and used product by 92$ .. I trust them because they the only one who sold Shiseido foundation and I can buy it with easy way. They did not want to compensate me or return my money back, becomes I shipped it internationally. Bad customer service unfortunately!

Return lost using prepaid return labels, trying to get some one from Nordstrom customer service have been on hold for one and a half hours and counting still trying to reach someone. Nordstrom is too expensive not to get your return credited because it was lost using their label and tracking number.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes and never got $211.90 back for the two pairs of shoes then sent to other pairs back there's no record of one of them, but there is one that they sent me that they received. I think they're doing this deliberately to rip off people because they are not doing well, that's my take on it Even sent Blake Nordstrom an email, no acknowledgement from him or his staff

1) the most UNuserfriendly app online account and website layout. 2) the hardest payment processing system I've encountered 3) most uncomfortable clothing bad machine jobs from China end up at their stores. Customer Service is a term they NEVER understand

This to me is the worst customer service you can get from any store. Free delivery: Yet constantly receiving very expensive fragile makeup DAMAGED. NOT ONCE OR TWICE BUT 15 TIMES. THIS IS A STORE THAT IS A FAKE STORE THEY APOLOGIZE AND DON'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS NEIMAN MARCUS, BLOOMINGDALES, SAKS.COM OR BERGDORF GOODMAN. WHEN I ORDER CHANEL I WILL ORDER DIRECTLY FROM CHANEL IT IS THE SAME PRICE BUT COMES IN PERFECT CONDITION AND A BEAUTIFUL BOX AND TOTALLY PROTECTED. IF I ORDER ANY MAKEUP FROM NOW ON IT WON'T COME FROM THE DISGUSTING NORDSTROM! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN OVER 15 TIMES!
