“Haven’t received order! Have not received a refund either!”

“Like some other people who have written reviews, I placed an order on the 22/02/23, after three weeks giving them time to deliver I contacted them because the order had not arrived, I could not get through on the telephone line but left numerous messages and then took to email, dozens of emails later eventually I got an email after 2-3 weeks to say they would cancel the order and refund my money that was middle to end of March they said 5-10 working days for refund we are now into May and still no refund, little or no response and any response I do ge tlike your money is on it's way yeah right. I have reported to trading standards and will look at other methods of getting my money back if this doesn't work. I cannot believe they are so utterly useless and worse have not made the refund. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would have not put a star rating but it was the only way to leave a review I would say minus i million stars or customer service and for not even doing what they said they would do when they did eventually respond”

“Is this a joke!! I put my order in the first week of April it’s now may and I still have not received my order. Iv wrote emails asking where my order is and I get told it been delt with it will be there soon and now you ask for feedback on my order Thant I still have not received.”

“Slow despatch, did not answer phone, did not reply to emails, did not reply to phone messages I left. May need to approach bank to recover my money. Very disappointed, despite ordering in good time I was almost left with no dog food that I had to find another supplier.”

“Placed order 8th April, still haven't received them , after lots of emails which just say your order has been despatched , still nothing. Requested refund, not received yet. I intend to write this review on every review site to warn people not to buy from them!!!!”

“Goods not received, had to sent lots of emails and still no sign of my refund. It's been almost a month now since they have had my money.I have made Complaints and I'm still waiting for a resolution. The customer service just isn't there. This I hope, at some point in time may get resolved but I wouldn't ever use this company again or recommend them. It's the first and last time I use them, very disappointing. 😖”

“Order a month ago. Asked where my order was and I got a generic email saying goods have been dispatched yet on my account it's still not fulfilled. Also I order raw bones ..... Clearly these are a health hazard if they have been lying around in the warehouse. Again I sent another email to the same reply. Contacted my bank & included emails ( dates& times ) for a refund. Terrible service for a retail business especially as people are wanting value for money. Shame because they had lost alot of customers if you read trust pilot which I did after the second email.”

“Items ordered 14 April still not received. Four days later assured you're working really to get your pet's goodies out to me as quickly as you can. You're still advertising the Arden Grange Lier treats so stock can't be the problem ... or can it?”
