“I did actually receive my dog food within a week of ordering last time, stupidly I ordered again, this time nothing received and automated responses that tell me my item has been dispatched and I'll receive tracking shortly , really? Sorry to say this about a small company, but do not order.”

“I still haven't received my items, almost two months after ordering, and no tracking information or communication from the vendor despite an email enquiring. The phone rings through to voicemail when I try calling. Have now reported to Trading Standards as this feels like a con of a company.”

“If I could give no star it would be too much. I ordered a dog toy thankfully I only spent a small amount. As othe reviewers the usual sorry your order is taking longer than expected. Item hasn't been sent two weeks later. DO NOT BUY FROM NOT IN THE DOG HOUSE!!!!!! I think it is a bogus website.”

“There was no accurate information as to when the product would be despatched at first. After several attempts to communicate with the company it took two weeks to arrive. The dog crate itself seams of good quality and just the right size for what we need. I also ordered some dog food with this and nearly three weeks later it has still NOT arrived.”

“I have been waiting two weeks for a delivery of Naturo dog food and nothing. I do hope it's not a con. Not a happy customer. No delivery. There a big .com never get the goods. Fought me once won't do it again.”

“I have still not received my order. I have contacted the company twice and have received prompt and polite emails and have been assured my order should arrive soon. I have been advised to wait 30 days from the order to request my money back and I will be doing this unless my order arrives before.”

“We were trying to get on the Lily's Kitchen web site when you took over! Normally delivery of Lily's Kitchen is three days you took just short of a month to deliver so appalling”

“Terrible - I cancelled my order and never received my refund. I then got an email a few weeks later saying it was on it's way. When I emailed again asking why it wasn't cancelled, no one ever got back to me. Not only is it disorganised but it took weeks. The harness I ordered is too small for my dog but I can't even be bothered to try to return it because it would be far too much effort.”

“Only ever delivered half of my order (the courier company has confirmed that they didn't ever receive the second part of the order from Not in the Dog House) and now they won't respond to my emails or phone calls, despite taking my money! Shocking service!!”
