Also wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Order date 25th Feb with will be delivered within 5 working days. Emailed chasing up delivery and guess what??? No reply!!! 5/03/23!!!

So pleased we found this excellent local company,with a wonderful choice of good quality products. Our first purchase was a Woolly Wolf dog collar, and liked it so much that we bought the harness to match. Very well made ,and wonderful colourways, our litte boy looks very smart. Thank you .

Ordered on the 18th February, now it’s the 3rd march, still no sign of the dog food. I’ve written about 4 e mails, only the first one was responded to saying I have to wait for tracking details which I still haven’t received. Very disappointing.

Need a zero star option. They take your order, take your money and that's about it. They don't appear to actually have any stock or staff to answer phone calls to deal with all of their customers who are calling to ask where their orders are. They claim that things have been despatched to stall you but it is lies. You need to raise a complaint with your card company to get your money back otherwise you can kiss it goodbye. Avoid!

Few flavours I didn't receive. 3 ithems was out of date. 3 ithems was not what I delivered. 3 ithems was short, I ordered 40 but I received 37. Very unhappy. Plus I was sending e mail to resolve this situation but no one responded me . So if still no one responded I will contact Ttanding Standards. Weronika Dmowska.

Ordered this in February. Did not arrive. Chased them and customer services said they would send another. That did not arrive either! A refund given after chasing yet again, but I wanted the dog toy. Will never use this company again.

Wish I'd read the feedback before ordering. Exactly the same story as others have posted. Ordered on 13th Feb, chased on 22nd Feb and received initial response apologising for delay and advising order was in the warehouse so would hopefully be despatched soon. Sent follow up email a week later (on 28th Feb) as still no sign of despatch and now radio silence. Looks like I'll be joining the queue for a refund!

My dog loves his new bed! You can see he is comfortable, supported and relaxed. I am very pleased with this brand.

You are con artists... there are so many people like myself that have ordered in good faith, dog food from your company and have paid for their order but have not received anything. When I e-mailed your Customer Service on several occassions all I got was lies.. first I was told my order had been despatched... nothing received, then I was told they could see my order in the warehouse... nothing ever sent. Now they are not answering my e-mails. I would like a refund and fast. Without customers you will have no company....

The worst customer experience I have had! I paid for postage and the item took over a month to arrive. I had 1 response from the company after several messages to ask them for a refund. They said it had been issued but I never received anything. The item then arrived and they responded with proof of delivery so they didn’t have to issue a refund. They are still yet to respond to give me my postage back. Shocking service and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I have a small Yorkie (not even 3kgs) and he is a male which means a lot of the coats were not good cos they got peed on. This one seems brilliant. It's still a bit big but we can fold a bit and he is warm on his walks!

Finn needed new raincoat and it was delivered quickly and I was kept updated on delivery. He's looking very handsome and cost in his coat. Great service.
