“AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, YOUR ORDER WONT ARRIVE AND YOU WONT GET A REFUND HOWEVER MANY TIMES YOU REQUEST ONE AND ‘TOM’ PROMISES TO SEND IT. THE COMPANY IS PROBABLY ABOUT TO GO TITS UP.”

“Do not use this company. Appalling experience. Ordered a dog coat and it never arrived. Emailed and did get a reply to say would send another but it again never arrived. Emailed/phoned - can't speak to a human being and no response to voicemails.”

“Avoid this unprofessional and untrustworthy company. I placed an order for a bulk purchase of Wagg training treats on 30 January 2023. Kept chasing to find out at what stage the order was, only to be fobbed off with lame excuses. So on 15 February I cancelled the order and was promised a refund within 5 to 10 days. Have heard no more from them, they fail to respond to my emails, and no money refunded to date. Be very careful!”

“Extremely poor service. I purchased something and this was dispatched. Nearly 3 weeks later I still hadn’t received my parcel. I tried emailing asking where my parcel was and nobody was responding. I tried calling no answer. All over Facebook there are comments saying do not use them because people had the same issue and didn’t get their items and no refunds. Reported to trading standards”

“The new dog bed is fine - it's a like-for-like replacement. Milly seems happy! Very friendly service and although there was a short delay, we got some treats to make up for it.”
