Never been received, still waiting after a few weeks!

I placed an order on 3rd Feb and still haven't had it on 7th March. The product (bird food) was showing as in stock at the time. Despite numerous emails, no one ever gets back to me. When you try to ring there is never an agent available. Shocking!

I made my order on the 19/02 and still haven’t received it. I’ve since had to go to the shop 3 times to get my dog food.

I've been waiting 18 days for a delivery of Dog food... it still isn't here. Luckily Amazon can (and did) deliver within 2 days so my dog didn't starve (I ordered speciality Whippet food that you cant buy instore) Will refuse delivery and want a full refund. Don't waste your time buying from these guys. It seems like it isn't an isolated incident as our dog breeder claims to have had a similar problem. Would like to rate zero but sadly this isn't an option AVOID!!!!!

Worst service ever no delivery after 2 weeks and now no refund, automated emails and no one ever answers the phone or messages - so disappointed

Waited 2 weeks for my order. Never arrived. Only had a response when I chased the order. Was told my order was in the warehouse, then a weekly later the order still hadn’t arrived so I asked for a refund. Never again

Waited too long for delivery after site said 5days then customer service was poor. We waited a month for our purchase. Wouldn’t use this company again.

Order placed January 23rd! Not received, emails received saying it's been dispatched, we will refund you, blah blah blah! Still no order and no refund! I know I'm not the only one.! Why have you asked for a review? You're not going to publish it!!

I would like to summarise the chain of events that has led us to today... In September last year I ordered a dog bed which took a phenomenally rapid 22+ days to be delivered and only after several chasers... I thought (clearly incorrectly) that I had been incredibly unlucky in my one experience of dealing with NITDH. Both the cat and the dog love this bed, so I (misguidedly, as it would appear) thought I would offer them another opportunity to redeem themselves when it became clear a second bed would be required. So on February 3, full of optimism, I placed an order and hoped that by paying the delivery fee of £3, or whatever they have the cheek to charge, I would receive this second bed in a more timely manner. A week passed, and no sign of anything, but then an email from NITDH! Not a delivery notice, but a delay. Fine, they'd run out of stock and had to source another bed, something it probably shouldn't take a week to establish, but I was at this stage still giving them the benefit of the doubt... Total silence for another 12 days then I finally get tan email, notifying me it has been dispatched! Yay, thought I. I have paid the delivery charge of £3 so my order should be here in about 3-5 days...! 6 days later, still no sign, so a quick email which is responded to saying "I can see your order has been dispatched, if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly. " Amazingly it takes 6 days to get tracking info... so I leave it, for another week...still no tracking info...still no bed...BUT NITDH have (and this is incredibly comical) asked me to rate their service... so here I am. Over one month and no sign of my order, after a similar experience the first time around, I would not hesitate to recommend using any alternative supplier.
