Really disappointed with the service of this company. Was so excited when I found them as they looked perfect for my spoilt dogs. However delivery was specified as 3-5 working days but after 7 working days still hadn’t dispatched. I had heard nothing from them by way of communication of a delay so as I needed the items for a specific date I emailed them. Their reply just said they were too busy. No way to encourage people to shop again. And just to note 3.5 weeks later I still haven’t received the items and they ignored my last email!

I put my order in on February 14th and it is now March 8th and I still haven't recieved it

Still not received items dogs would have starved to death by now so had to purchase more food from somewhere else not impressed

Website stated 2-3 days for delivery in fact I waited nearly 2 weeks, if the website had said 7-10 days then that would have been up to me whether or not to order but I went for 2-3 days and paid for delivery, I could have gone to the shops within 8-10 days

Wish I had read the reviews, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered dog food on September 28th, payment was taken immediately. By Oct 11th, still no delivery or dispatch information, so I chased the order. Company advised the order has been dispatched and I would receive a tracking reference shortly, this did not happen. Chased again on Oct 18th and requested cancellation and a refund, company said it would take 5-10 working days. November 2nd came round, still no refund. Chased the company again and was advised the refund was completed and would come any day now, days later and still no sign. Escalated via my bank and trading standards now. AVOID!!!!

12 days after placing my order and I still hadn't received anything. I was never informed of any delays so I had to keep chasing. The only answer I was given is "It's been dispatched", that's it, no tracking number, no apology and no indication as to when it would arrive. In the end, I had to cancel my order. Still awaiting my refund.

I have not received my goods so my poor dogs have not been able to have their favourite treat! Neither have i had any correspondence back from you regarding my missing goods despite numerous emails. I would like a refund please as soon as possible!

Unfortunately this company did not honor both the order or refund. Order placed on the 14th February 2023 for dog food, I don't order dog food on a whim, I order dog food as I need it sooner rather than later. A few days later no sign of dispatch details so I follow this up to be advised that they will chase and get this out for delivery. 7 days later, 22/2/23 still no sign of dispatch, so I have to go elsewhere to buy dog food and contact NITDH requesting that they cancel and refund, which they confirmed they would and that the refund would take 5-10 working days. Yesterday 7/3/23 I received an email advising my order was on its way...however its not as i can't track. I got in touch with them via email and as yet have not had a response. I have now passed this to my credit card company to deal with as today 8/3/23 is the 10 working days for a refund.

Very bad only received part of my order and what I did receive was not in date so dog definitely didn't like it and still waiting for a refund weeks later

I liked the product line up and prices. But the Hessian box bed which looks good and feel nice is actually quite poorly stuffed. So in a week has gone from the 2 inches it looks to less than an inch in the middle. You can feel the floor through it quite easily. So I've HD to cover it with something else to make it ok for the dogs. Delivery is slow - my first order took 6 days but the second one is already on 13 and when I chased it up after a week was told it had been dispatched and I'd have tracking details soon. Still not arrived, no further emails until today and following up hasn't gotten any reply. Today I got an email saying it's in the warehouse and I'll get an email when the couriers collect it! Last time I got that email the item had already arrived. So their internal systems and communication aren't good and delivery times are slow. Products are average. It's a shame because I want to like them!

Terrible service. 2 weeks and my dog food is still in a warehouse waiting for the dispatch tracking number. They take your money fast enough...but then send a generic email each time to say I'm waiting for a tracking number. Won't be ordering ever from here again. I've had to buy different dog food whilst I wait for the food I actually paid for.

Ordered over month ago still not delivered I have now passed to credit card company to try and get money back. Tried numerous times to ring/email no reply told them I would like a refund as hadn’t received dog coat nothing. Certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone to use if this is the way they treat their customers
