Awful company. Wrong order and no response! Been waiting weeks. Order was late too.

Do not use this company to buy anything. It’s not worth the awful experience of not receiving items and then generic emails saying refund has been processed when it hasn’t.

You are the most diabolical company that I've ever used. You sent us a dog bed which was not the right size. Emailed you numerous times, left telephone messages. You get lots of negative reviews on Trust Pilot where people have complained about orders, service, lack of communication etc etc. I am going to charge back with my credit card

I ordered a dog bed which never came, they keep saying it’s been delivered, what a con! I noticed on my bank details that my money went to Amsterdam, won’t see that again 🤬

***ABSOLUTELY AWFULL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH*** I placed an order with them on 25 January and still no sign of it. Have contacted continuously and been promised on several occasions that order had been dispatched!! I have also written a formal complaint to them to cancel my order and issue a refund and at how disgusted I am with their so called ‘customer service’, I have had no reply or any sign of a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -

Horrendous company. Never received a refund after 3 months of chasing. Can’t be bothered anymore but awful company and no way of contacting. Hope no one ever buys from there.

HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS. I have placed my order over a month ago, contacted customer services multiple times and tried to call. Not received a meaningful response nor have I received tracking details. My order is still in "order placed" status and of course they have taken full payment immediately. I am calling on all other disappointed customers to report this company to British Trading Standards and take them to the Small Claims Court, as they have now stopped responding even though a refund has been requested.

I was asked “ We’d love to hear how you and your pet enjoyed these products” Well, I’d love to tell you, but……. I still haven’t received the order, placed on 20th February. Despite being promised (again and again) that the goods were “in the warehouse” and “will be on their way shortly” l have given up. I have also been assured that my refund will be transferred within 5-10 working days. Avoid.

I ordered from Not in the Dog House on 24th February - I am still waiting for the order to be delivered, they tell me the order has been dispatched but no tracking email received. Very poor service, was so happy to discover they sold the Webbox Chub Rolls.

Having paid for my item, after 20 working days I’m still waiting to receive it! I’ve been advised it’s been dispatched but still waiting for confirmation from courier that they’re in receipt. Very disappointed new customer who will nog be buying from this company again!

My order was still not here after nearly 2 weeks of ordering it and I never received any tracking information even though they said I would receive it. Customer service is absolutely shocking and I am now awaiting a refund which will take upto 10 days. Not holding my breath but if not received will be taking this further.
