“Do not order anything from Not in the dog house. You will not get it. And most likely you you also won’t get a refund. I have sent many messages. If you call the no you just get a recorded message it’s impossible to speak to anyone. The worst co I have ever dealt with.Avoid at all cost. Trading standards have been notified and the Police are involved as it’s illegal to not refund money.”

“Do not use this company, shocking customer service don't reply to any email, social media messaging or phone calls. Ordered dog food on the 28th February and still no sign on the 13th March, the one and only response I had was stating order had been dispatched but nothing else no courier details, tracking details nothing. I have now raised a formal dispute with Shop over this company”

“Item never arrived, no tracking was provided nor refund. The issue has been escalated to NITDH, 3rd party payment site & Personal bank for hope of resolution. Do not shop at NITDH. Horrific experience & so unfair on customers.”

“I really really don’t know how you dare send me this email. I only d £60 for dog bed nearly 4 weeks ago that I haven’t received yet. I’ve sent you various emails and tried ringing you without any success whatsoever. Please ring me 07794394896 immediately . My next step is Trading Standards!”
