“delivery promised within 5 days now in 6th day and no communication re delivery when we can expect to receive dog food no tracking information on line re our order, just copy of our order”

“do not go near, waited 2 weeks, and was told dog food was dispatched, then the next week asked again where my dog food was, no reply so cancelled my order, they now say my money will be back in my account this week, though not holding my breath. as I am disabled we rely on home delivery services, but as we run out of dog food, I had to go to pets at home, where they loaded my car and my neighbour unloaded it for me. this company is not worth the hassle, leave well alone”

“I ordered dog food which has been paid for and have been waiting ages for the delivery. Though I have been told the order has gone to the warehouse, I have not been given a delivery date. I have since run out of dog food and have had to buy more at great expense I have had mediocre response to emails and have not been able to talk to anyone on the phone. I had wanted to support a family run company instead of a large commercial one, but it seems to have been a bad move”

“Placed an order 4 weeks ago but still not arrived, the company ignore your emails and phone calls but were quite happy to take my money, they are selling products that they simply have no access to. Avoid this company like the plague, go with a reputable company like Pets at Home. This company don't even warrant 1 star .”

“Cannot believe you have the audacity to ask me to review. Told twice it was dispatched yet no tracking number provided, I then requested a refund which hasn’t been issued, I’ve had to ask clear pay to step in now as they clearly aren’t going to refund or deliver going by their reviews that I wished I’d seen earlier. I would never use again. Phone line non existent and they don’t reply to emails. No order and no refund.”

“Never received my order. had to chase several times to ask what was going on. After 2 weeks they updated the status of the order to shipped but couldn't provide shipping information. Another week before i got a response to my 4th email asking for a refund. Refund still hasn't been received into my account.”

“Ordered a dog bed weeks ago , keep e mailing as have not received it. told it is being sorted. Contacted the company over the weekend, got another message saying they would contact the warehouse. I have said if not sorted by Tuesday would like a full refund.”
