“Placed my order in the 25/02, cancelled my order with Tom on the 02/03, due to the delay in delivery. To then receive an email on the 06/03 advising me my order is on its way. It’s now the 13/03, still no refund or my item, no response to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Very bad experience. I ordered 8 bags of dog food but it came with 4 bags only. There are no responses from you via email and no one answered the hotline. Not able to contact anyone for checking the status or asking for a refund. Please arrange for refund immediately for the missing 4 bags!!!!”

“Thought I had bought from what seems to be a legit family run business but I wish I'd read the reviews from previous customers first!! Yeah they'll take your money....but you never receive the goods!! £92 of horse feed I ordered that I'm still waiting for!! You can't get through to them on the phone either!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING RIPOFFS!!!!”

“DIDNT RECIEVE SPENT £42.55 AND HAD TO GET THE BANK TO REFUND ME DUE TO THE COMPANY MESSING ME ABOUT AND FOBBING ME OFF SAYING THAT IT HAD BEEN SENT OUT AND THEN ITS IN THE WAREHOUSE AND THEN GET TOLD THEY WILL SEND REPLACEMENT AND STILL DIDNT RECIEVE I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE”

“I placed an order worth over £25 on 25th February which has still not arrived. Several emails from 'Will' saying the order "had been despatched" and still no sign of my purchases. I do not recommend this company. I am going to speak to my bank as apparently this constitutes a breach of contract and I can claim my money back. I will be following this procedure on the 28 working day deadline I have given them.”

“Order placed on 24th of February and by 10th March still no word on order or shipment. On review of company online i seen that over 50 others had contacted watchdog in BBC to also report no signs of orders although emails from company stating order would be shipped. I sent company email asking for refund with video from watchdog and they have now stated they will refund and could take 5-10 days.”
