Placed an order, paid 2nd class delivery, this item did not arrive. Contacted customer services they said it had been despatched, still didn’t receive so contacted again to be told they have sent another out. Revieced nothing and still not got my full refund. DO NOT USE

Ordered 15 days ago, was sent an email advising that order was dispatched and would take 5 working days, still not here and little help from the supplier. Will give it a further few days and ask for refund if no progress

Unfortunately I didn’t receive my item.. nor a refund as of yet.. I ordered in dec 22 for a present.. it’s now march23 still no refund.. shocking treatment., and now withholding my refund..

Do not buy from this company. Failed to fulfil my order, never deliver the product and then failed to refund. Chased and chased, provide empty promise. In the end, I had to contact my credit card company to file a chargeback dispute. Don’t waste your time and buy elsewhere. Terrible company

Ordered an item plus extra delivery for Evri. Item never received and request for refund ignored although keep getting messages to say that delivery was complete. Then have the cheek to request a review on their website.

ordered 28th Jan, nothing arrived, no shipping confirmation, nothing, chased 8th Feb, received a reply on 16th apologising and saying i would receive tracking information shortly, still nothing through, chased on 22nd Feb and no respone, tried calling, no answer, chased again on 27th and STILL NO ANSWER to email or phone calls.

Ordered a parka coat for my dog on the 2nd February and still not got it. I was told it had been despatched on the 14th February only to wait another two weeks. I have requested a refund. Not good business. Not got my refund yet as I only asked for it on 1st March. So we shall see how long that takes.

Absolutely kicking myself for not checking reviews here prior to ordering - been waiting 2 weeks, got the same story as others “we’ve been busy and have a backlog” and now dispatched a week ago saying courier would provide tracking details, but no details and no parcel. Company has now stopped responding to emails altogether, their phone is constantly on answer machine. They don’t pick up phone messages either. They have taken money and not provided the goods, any customer service or trustworthy communication. Appalling company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I’ll be reporting to trading standards and trying to secure a refund via my bank.

Haven't received my item as of yet and it was ordered it over 2 weeks ago. It's a simple Kong toy so not sure why it is taking so long. The website didn't specify the item was out of stock. Additionally, to track the order I had to download a separate app which is silly if you're not ordering from the same company each time.

Placed an order over 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. Chased over a week ago and was told that it had been dispatched, but given no indication of when it would arrive. Chased again this week and no one has gotten back to me… still not received. Coming up to 5 weeks since I ordered, very poor service.

Not received an order of dog food ordered on February 11th. Emailed them a week ago and received a reply saying they got a bit behind last week (even though the order was 3 weeks ago) and that the order is in warehouse and should be with me soon. Poor customer service.
