“Do not order from this company. It’s a scam. I ordered some dog food last month. It still hasn’t arrived. I sent emails they said it had been dispatched. I kept sendiing emails asking for refund. They stopped replying and I never received the parcel. Have reported to the bank.”

“I ordered dog food and paid for it. The food wasn’t in stock for which I was never told. I cancelled my order over a week later and requested a refund. That was a month ago and I haven’t received any money yet. They now do not respond to my emails. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Over 50 complaints have been made to trading standards in 2 years. 🤬🤬”

“We ordered 2 bags of dog food promised delivery within 2-3 days - still waiting. Can’t get response from emails or phone calls.Have filled in complaint form and refund request form - no response Dreadful customer service - do not use this company”

“Scammers. Take your money, pretend to send the goods but don't despite lots of reassurances that they are on there way. Liars and thieves. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!”

“It's my fault, I didn't believe the negative reviews!! Pricing was competitive and all I wanted was some dog food, so what could possibly go wrong? Boy, was I naive! I ordered, received an email confirming and then I waited...and waited....and waited, chasing three times and still no food. Finally and at the end of my tether, I threatened them with legal action and was offered a refund. Three little words, 'DO NOT USE'!!!!”

“I have been waiting over a month for my order. After sending several emails I finally received a reply telling me my order is on it’s way & I would be sent a tracking code..No Code sent…no replies to my emails. Really bad service.”

“Placed an order, didn't arrive, contacted them to get the automated reply from their computer 'Amy' to be told sorry out of stock, left it a bit longer then told it had been sent and I would receive a tracking number, which of course never arrived, they have no intentions of sending you good just take your money and lie to you!! AVOID they are a bunch of scammers check out Trust Pilot and read the reviews there from hundreds of scammed buyers”

“Item did not fit -I measured it as advertised on the website but it was too tight around my dog's neck. I emailed the retailer five times to proceed with an exchange and was ignored. Shame really because the quality looks good but I would not recommend this company due to the non-existent customer service. Feels like a scam.”

“Ordered nearly £60 cat food, never received the food, emailed was told order had been cancelled & refund would be 5 to 10 days, never refunded, emailed again was told that it had been processed & money in my bank within a day or 2, you guessed it never turned up, after about 7 more emails & now they have just stopped even replying, these are probably the worst company I have ever bought off, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE JUST CON ARTISTS. I have now had to raise a case with my bank to get my money back, I will say it again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE CON ARTISTS”

“3 weeks ago I ordered just under £50 of Naturo Light dog food never came asked for refund SCMMERs do not use SHUT THEM DOWN You will not get a rsfund but they need shutting down and directors arresting”
