“I ordered some bird feeders on the 22nd of Feb I checked and then saw that my order was shipped on the 8th of March and I’m yet to receive anything . Very poor”

“Can't believe I have actually been asked to give a review. No dog food, no money back, very very poor communication, they actually tell lies. Wish I had read some reviews before spending £137.88 with this company. I have given 1 star because I can't give less. I now have had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money reimbursed. Crooks don't order anything with them”

“Goods did not arrive. I eventually cancelled the order. Now just waiting for a refund - which is as slow as the taking of the money when I ordered was quick. May have to contact my credit card company.”

“I did not receive my order and tried many times to ring, it's an automated response no matter what time you try. Emails go largely unanswered, until I sent one saying I was contacting consumer protection. In summary, I would advise against ordering, I did not receive the cat bed I bought and the customer service is non existent”

“You are correct, I recently placed an order with you for two dog baskets. This was on 24/02/23. I sent a chase email to you and then received an email after 10 days on 08/03/23 to say my order had gone to the warehouse and is on the way; a tracking number will be sent direct from the couriers as soon as they have collected my order. NOTHING still, after 7 days. This is absolutely appalling service on all counts. If nothing arrives by this weekend (3 weeks after placing my order) I will be emailing to cancel my order and for a full refund. Regards Jane Jones”

“Order was really late! I emailed to ask for a refund this was authorised and I was told this would be done, the refund never appeared even after constant contact with them, and each reply saying how sorry they were and this would be sorted asap. This went on for a week after and still customer service said the same thing! Then the order turns up even after an email confirms cancellation!!!”
