“1. My order never arrived 2. I asked for it to be resent, to a different address, as I was going on holiday, no one ever responded 3. I sent numerous emails and only 2 were ever responded to 4. I rang numerous times, your telephone number is difficult to get hold of 5. Miracuoulsy when I did leave a voicemail saying if no one confirmed the situation with my order I would be arriving at your offices, within 3 days my order arrived. 6. No one has had the courtesy to respond to my numerous emails and above all apologise for the appalling customer service. 7. I would never use this company again!”

“I can only echo VERY LOUDLY the negative comments regarding Not in the Dog House. I have still not received my order placed 16th September for £52.20 despite several emails chasing it up. I like to support small businesses but this cowboy outfit has totally demolished that belief. Lacklustre ‘thank you for your patience’ replies and lies regarding despatch and tracking are beyond belief. I am a first time buyer here ~ stunned that they are in business. Trading Standards need to be informed. Worst ever experience of buying online.”

“Absolute nightmare ordered dog food waited a week nothing so chased up told they would be dispatched and to expect del soon. Waited another week told exactly the same thing again still nothing. Stops replying to emails no response when asked for refund.”

“I ordered some dog biscuits and they took so long to come to me I emailed them and they kept on saying they are dealing with it in the end I did get it but I had to wait enough a month to receive the items only when I was random to take it further very bad service”
