Good quality product. Collars were size appropriate for puppy. Easy to order online and delivered on time.

Very poor service, would never buy from these again, was told would get order by the Monday, even after several emails to them, was fobbed off, the parcel was only sent from the warehouse day before delivery, I ordered it on the 8th September was delivered after nearly 8 days in the mean time my 2 sprocker spaniel boys had to limit their food allowance

A nice selection of quality products although not all were available at the point of ordering, however I was alerted to the fact and communication has been excellent. Only really let down by their choice of delivery carrier, EVRI. The parcel was marked as shipped on 09 August, and only came to light that it had been delivered 11 days later when I found it in a recycling bin. However having spoken to them in the interim, they were prepared to resend the order without question. Overall I'm extremely happy with them but think their reputation will suffer if my situation with the parcel being left somewhere without even a card through the door happens too many times.

I ordered a pet food mat over a month ago. Nothing fancy and it was due to be delivered by Royal Mail. It has never arrived. I have chased 4 times. For the first 3 times of chasing, the company emailed that they were looking into it and would redispatch. They have ignored my 4th chase. Terrible service. I don't have any problems like this with other delivery companies and Royal Mail has been delivering other orders from other companies over the last month.

Absolutely awful service. I’ve been trying to chase up the delivery of our puppy bed for weeks to no avail. We are simply told that they’ll “chase up the delivery”. We now have our pup and have had to purchase elsewhere. Still waiting for confirmation that we’ll get a refund.

I ordered on the 30/08/2022, had an email on the 06/09/2022 to say the order had been delayed, another email on 09/09/2022 to say it was at the warehouse and the courier would notify me when it was collected … still nothing on the 18/09/2022. I have contacted them a few times to chase it, initially I was having responses but now not having any response. I’m not happy with the experience I’ve had and don’t think I’ll be using this company in the future. If I don’t hear anything back, then I will have to dispute it with my bank and look into reporting it elsewhere as it’s bot satisfactory at all. Wish I’d looked at the reviews before I ordered …

First time I used this company, won't be using again,placed and paid for an order around 3 and half weeks ago, didn't receive,sent numerous emails,said they would refund,still waiting , ordered the same item from another company received next day free delivery

Delivery took way too long. Plus the trays of dog food arrived without the packaging and were obviously part of a multipack and shouldn’t have been sold individually as they didn’t have any ingredients etc on. Would not order from you again because of this.

Ordered dog food 5weeks ago and still don’t have either dog food or a refund. Given this is essential food for much loved animals going into a cost of living crisis I think this company should have a much faster response time. You’re selling essential food. If you can’t deliver that with a few days then you need to make it clear to customers. At the minute you’ve got people ordering from you that are committing cash on the basis they’ll be able to feed their pets, not being able to feed them properly because we have no food is devastating

Took 2 weeks to arrive. Emails sent to the company with a reply once. Once my parcel finally came items were missing. I’ll never use this company again and what a shame as their marketing and aftercare emails are really good ‘family run business’ but unfortunately it’s not ran very well.
