“Was told over 2 weeks ago that this item had been dispatched but clearly it had not . This was needed asap as our young pup was going to go to kennels with her big brother who sadly passed away unexpectedly so we decided she would go to a family member the item was so she had some normality while staying with them”

“They're deep in the dog-house with me. Twenty-five days after placing the order, I haven't received the goods. All I've had is a vague promise to 'look into' sending out a replacement order - which won't be possible because one of the items I ordered had sold out. I've asked for a refund. Four days later, all I've had is three requests for a review of the good I haven't received. So here's my opinion: they're terrible.”

“Website looks the business, items for sale look the part - but DONT GO THERE. I am not sure if its a legit business but after 3 weeks and "your items have been dispatched" responses from the customer support team - there is still no sign of the gift. I have requested a refund - as 3 weeks is not acceptable - they have confirmed that they will honour this - but i now need to wait over a week for my money back.”

“Good prices and website, shocking customer service. Order was late so I cancelled it and they agreed to refund the money then 2 weeks later the order turns up. Have asked for a returns label or confirmation that they will refund the postage and now they are ignoring me. Very poor customer service”
