Long delivery time, then only part order delivered, had to chase remaining, just too much hard work to deal with this company. Will not use again.

Never received my order, numerous emails chasing this up with little response. Only received a refund after opening a dispute through Clearpay. Terrible service all round, never again!

Took far to long on delivery. Each part different information. Had to purchase elsewhere til delivery which wasn’t the idea.

I never received my order which I placed on the 26th August I keep emailing them no one bothers to get back to you and I have asked for a refund several times still waiting we need our dog food now I have already borrowed money to get sone while I was waiting but that is going to run out very soon so need my money back to get it.

Ordered 3 bags Lily’s kitchen biscuits after filing a dispute with this terrible company I have just received one bag not 3 9th September ???? Customer service is non existent , no response and no refund what they actual hell ?? Not just letting me down but my 3 ragdolls and apparently all about pets well not a chance don’t waste your precious time or precious money , I will fight on to get my refund for the 2 bags still outstanding, furious is in understatement

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. Order arrived and wrong crate delivered. Emailed customer service saying we’ve mixed orders up and I requested for it be exchanged with what I requested. 3 emails asking when this would happened I’ve been ignored and still left with the wrong crate. Absolutely shocking and won’t be using again. Understand mistakes happen but you need to rectify it

Disgraceful company to deal with. Order placed 15th August and I was told I would get an email to confirm it had been dispatched. This email never arrived. I emailed them to ask what was happening and Will replied saying he could see it had been dispatched and I would receive confirmation email soon. Again, it never came. Emailed again and got the same reply from Will and again the email never came. I emailed again on 26th August to say I was getting nowhere with the order so to cancel it and issue me a refund. Tom replied saying they were sorry they were unable to fulfil my order and would issue a refund which would take 5-10 working days. Later that day I got and email saying it had been dispatched 15th August, the same day I ordered it?! So the parcel had gone from being dispatched twice to them now being unable to fulfil my order. Full of lies. I have emailed again today 9th September to find out where my refund is and Tom has replied saying he has now cancelled my order and the refund will take 5-10 working days!!!?? Avoid this company like the plague!!!

I had to chase my order as it was over 10 days and still not been delivered. Once delivered there was an item missing and despite many emails asking when I would receive it I'm still waiting (over 1 month). Wish I had read the reviews of this company first as it seems I'm not alone.
