Very poor service I have still not received my order which I placed on 9th very little communication worst service ever will never use this service again.

Coats are lovely but the delivery service was abysmal as they gave a half hour notice of delivery and left them by the front door good job we have a front garden

Absolutely would not recommend. Didn’t send order, ignored all communication, sent fake tracking info. Had to dispute to get a refund which I finally have a month later. They have turned commenting off their social media and have the worst reviews. Will never order again.

DO NOT USE!!! After a week of emails about an order I’m constantly told it’s been despatched and I will get a tracking number…but nothing?!! It’s over £50 order too, I’m furious and looking at the reviews it seems like they need to be closed down!!!

Awful service. Ordered over three weeks ago. Still not received puppy food. Not received tracking information. We were left with no food for our puppy as it didn’t arrive in time (at all). Had to buy a similar but different food than what she was on before coming to us which isn’t ideal. I emailed multiple times to find out where my order was. I received a reply apologising my order was late but should be received soon ( two weeks ago) still no order and no response to following emails. I tried to cancel my order after having to buy from else where - still not had a reply or refund. That was over a week ago.

After numerous emails and promises of delivery and then a refund I finally received my order today. This took weeks even though at one point I was told 5days. This whole business caused considerable stress.I will never deal with another company again without carefully checking reviews. When I left a message on the phone nobody replied. Reviews for this company are appalling.

I can’t believe that this company is asking for a review. Order has not been fulfilled and amount hasn’t been refunded yet. Appalling. I am waiting for my refund, otherwise I will report this company.

I placed an order for dog food on September 5th and I am still waiting for it to arrive 3 weeks later. I wish that customers had the opportunity of speaking to a member of staff on the phone to resolve issues, but instead, we have to email, only to be told repeatedly that the order has been dispatched and is on its way to the warehouse. I am going to wait until October 5th to give it a month to arrive and if I still haven't recieved my goods, or a refund then I'm afraid that I am going to pursue the matter further. I dont enjoy leaving negative feedback, I understand that companies are under pressure etc, but I simply can't afford to be £65 out of pocket for a purchase I haven't recieved.

Order placed on 3rd September and still not received at 27th and no tracking information provided by courier. Contacted the company for an update or a refund and nothing heard back.

Worst pet food store I ever came across with. Received dog food after over 2 weeks from placing order where every other store deliver within 2-3 working days. Communication was horrible. Never received tracking number for my parcel just keep receiving emails with information that tracking number will be provided. All this to save like £2 between this and other pet store. Totally not wort it!
