very bad customer service didn't dispatch my dog food so I cancelled and I am still waiting over a month for refund..despite emailing every week fobbed off every time

Avoid - no product since early March. No sign of refund despite numerous emails. Keeps blaming ‘working from home’ very poor service.

As complaints shown on reviews, I ordered a dog harness on the 13th April. Money was taken straight from my account and as of 5th May no harness and no refund. I cancelled the order on 21/4/21 when told it was out of stock and I required refund. Chasing refund yesterday 4/5/21 was told problem with new accounts system. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company and from other reviews I am not alone with this problem. Am now going to have to take legal action to get my refund.

Ordered 2 harnesses 29th March 21, chased up order to be told out of stock, chased up order a second time still out of stock, wait another week or so, chased up again to be told they’ll send me some treats and a £5 voucher, told them I would like a refund not treats or the voucher, as they still couldn’t give me a delivery date. Despite 20 emails they still haven’t refunded my £80.26p. I messaged who I believe is the owner on FB (after checking Companies House), and my message has been ignored. I ADVISE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - others have said they’re owed money and have been waiting ages. I do not rate this company at all. By the way, Emails are monitored by Zendesk, so don’t expect a NOT IN THE DOG HOUSE employee to reply.

Ordered 3 bags of Billy + Margot kibble. I decided to read through the reviews the day after I placed the order and I was shocked at what I saw. I thought my money was gone and I wouldn't receive my order. A couple of days later my order arrived safe and sound. Well packaged, fast delivery. Thanks

I buy my dogs raw frozen food from Not In The dog House every month and it has always been delivered on time and is always well packaged. Would recommend to others.

Same as Livia Judit Zolnay below. Item out of stock, promising refund 7-10 days. I paid on Paypal, will have a start a claim. Has anyone else done this? They have no 'phone no & their facebook & instagram pages have been set so no no-one can make a comment!
