Only giving one star because it wont accept no stars. Ordered an item, it took a 10 days and two emails for them to tell me it was out of stock. Requested a refund, received a nice reply but no money. they haven't bothered replying to my latest emails so I have opened a dispute with PayPal. Reading the reviews below this doesn't seem unusual - doubt they'll last much longer.

We placed an order in march 2021 and after enquiries reguarding its whereabouts we were told it was discontinued and offered an alternative and £5 voucher and dog treats, we declined this and asked for refund , don't be fooled with friendly e mails as this company are not friendly at all , I eventually got my refund 3 months later but had to get PAYPAL case opened to get it , never again will order from these people

Placed an order was informed that it was out of stock. Requested a refund of my money and i am still waiting weeks later. I think having read many reviews of this company plus my own experience of them that it is time to contact trading standards.

Ordered raw puppy food from this company, food never arrived, I started getting anxious as I was running out of food for my puppy so emailed customer services and they replied to say the food I ordered was out of stock ??!! No mention about it being out of stock during purchase, I decided to ask for a refund, I couldn't wait any longer and I needed to find an alternative diet for my puppy, which resolved in an upset stomach as puppies are sensitive to food changes. I requested my refund on the 4th of May, it's now June 10th and I am still waiting for my refund.... Emma from customer service keeps replying to my chasing emails saying "yes you will get your refund shortly don't worry" or "3-5 working days please bear with us" but it's all lies still no refund, I have just opened a case with PayPal to get my money back, absolutely ridiculous to be waiting this long for a refund in 2021, also who sells out of stock food for dogs !!!!! Dogs need to eat you don't advertise out of stock food and don't inform the customer about this! I had to email them to find out it was sold out after they took my money and sent me confirmation email!!!!!

Looks like I'm going to be in the same position as these other reviewers. I should've checked out the company. Took my £50 out of my bank straight away for my dog meat order but I haven't received it. Will probably have to fight to get a refund!

I have been waiting for 2 months for a refund on returned items. Constantly fobbed off by ‘Emma’ with repetitive emails such as “so terribly sorry, this issue is now in the hands of our accounts team”. We are taking them to a small claims court, and NatWest Bank are also investigating them. Order no: 3000082974

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. TAKES PAYMENT FOR ITEMS NOT IN STOCK. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR 2 MONTHS!! WISH ID READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING.

Take money for items they say are in stock but which are not. Do not honour timescales they commit to when cancelling and refunding. Do some online research. This company is not reputable and in all likelihood not far off from dissolving, at which point anyone with outstanding orders will not receive goods or refunds and be way down the list of creditors. It's a shame they are likely to fold but using customers money in a bid to delay the inevitable is also pretty shameful. Steer well clear.

Beware of this company ! They advertise items as ' in stock ' , with free fast delivery . You will be very fortunate if you receive anything ! And getting a refund is virtually impossible without Pay Pal or your bank taking action . Shop elsewhere ! If you have already had a bad experience , report them to Trading Standards and contact BBC Watchdog .

I ordered a new harness for my puppy. After a month it still had not arrived. I had been told it was due any day. Eventually I asked to cancel my order as I had to buy another harness elsewhere. This was done, but I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. This has been more than a month again. There is no phone number and the email responses are extremely slow. They just say that there accounts department are dealing with it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Please do not order from this website. Echoing other's experience, I too ordered a birthday present for my dog. It didn't come, so I chased and was told it was out of stock. I complained and was given £5 off my next order as "good will" (like I would be ordering from this hell hole again). This has been going on since 28/3/2021. This site is just a waste of time, energy and money.

My experience is very similar to others. Ordered my puppy a coat 18th Feb, I was fobbed off for 4 weeks and then I asked the order be cancelled. Then I got despatch confirmation. I received the coat but by then I'd already ordered elsewhere and he'd grown! I returned the item which they received tracked on 29th March. I am still chasing refund. I've chased on a regular basis at least twice a week, I'm now attempting every day but nothing. I cannot claim money back via Amazon pay as the 3 months has literally just passed since the order date. As it took so long to get here and at first I thought their replies were genuine. DEFINITELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, IF YOU DO USE PAYPAL TO RESOLVE YOUR REFUND ISSUE.

Same experience as most people. I ordered a dog bed on 5th April which was never delivered. Very "nice customer service person" said apologies but my item unexpectedly out of stock. After 3 weeks I asked them to cancel and refund which they promised to do within 7 to 10 days. The refund never appeared and I ended up involving my bank to retrieve the money. They take your money without the item being in stock. Reviews on their own site show 5 stars but other review sites show poor service.

Lovely looking wet weather dog coat for my cocker spaniel but that’s all. Quality of manufacture very poor and after 3 walks the stitching all came apart. I was promised a replacement but after many excuses I gave up after 5 months of waiting. Then promised full refund but after again many excuses and 2 months later still no refund. My patience has now run out and I am looking at the small claims court to get my money back. Avoid this company

DO NOT USE !!!!! I waited for stock to arrive (dog coat) even though it said delivery in 2 days .... it was them too big so I sent it back immediately and now I am still waiting and I returned this coat that I ordered in March and still no refund . The exchange of e mail is comical, "our systems cannot process" 'we are having system problems', ' it will be with you in 3-5 working days '. THEY TELL LIES DO NOT USE !!!

Completely agree with what other people have put on this site. They delibrately sell out of stock items and then take an age to refund you the money. I had to claim my money back via Paypal. Completely dishonest and unethical company. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

This company are completely dishonest. I ordered an item on 22nd April, I did think when ordering it was strange that there was no timescale anywhere about delivery, so expected it may appear when the transaction went through, which it didn't. I immediately messaged the company to ask the how long the order would take, got a reply two days later advising it was out of stock, they are selling out of stock items and not making that clear at point of sale. I asked for the order to be cancelled as needed the item urgently and ordered elsewhere on same day, received the next day, got a reply days later yo advising order was cancelled and refund would be issued. After the timescale passed for the refund, I messaged to advise the refund had not been received, this has been going on for a month now, I am told a timescale which passes, they apologise, give a new timescale, which then passes, so I chase again. This company is completely dishonest and untrustworthy. To summarise, 1. THEY SELL OUT OF STOCK ITEMS. 2. THEY DELIBERATELY GIVE NO TIMESCALE FOR ORDERS. 3. THEY LIE ABOUT REFUND TIMESCALES. 4. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE ZERO ETHICS. Hands down the worst retailer I have ever used, DO NOT USE! Order no. 3000089046

Ordered and paid for an item 8th April . Didn’t arrive. Chased them to be told out of stock but would be in stock in the next week. Didn’t arrive. Requested a refund and told it was “being processed “ . This was about 14 days ago . Chased them again 4 days ago and told it was “ being processed and would be dealt with as a matter of urgency “ . Now taking this to trading standards . Tried to phone but on answer phone . This appears to be the case with many of the other reviews , no product and no refund . Dreadful service, avoid this company .

I would never use this company again ! Ordered a dog pen in plenty of time for our puppy. After a week no sign of it so contacted them, told sorry its out of stock so I waited & waited but nothing ! Cancelled my order & after many attempts to get a refund all they said is we are dealing with it, it will be in your account by end of the week. This went on for weeks ! I'd had enough so raised a dispute with my bank to claim the money back on my behalf. Absolute nightmare, avoid them !!!!!!
