“Never recieved order or refund”

“Sadly I did not see any of the reviews before placing my order. It was very delayed and then sent to the wrong address. I still haven’t heard from them about either receiving the product or getting a refund. They never answer the phone and sometimes reply to emails, sometimes don’t. I would not recommend using them at all.”

“You put the wrong name and postcode on my parcel so that Evri couriers could not deliver it to me. Evri cannot be contacted so I still do not have my parcel, you promised me a replacement which I have not received or a refund. If I could have got away without giving any stars I would have”

“The box was drenched in the melting items inside. When the box was opened, the nuggets were mulch. No ice or suitable packaging to keep the food from melting. Appalling. On top of this, the delivery carrier could only hand the parcel in (leaving it at a safe place wasn't allowed). Considering the conditions the parcel was in after only a few hours unattended, I will not order again until they sort the whole delivery issue.”

“Not even had the product I purchased yet and I’m being sent a feedback form, not the best idea. Ordered on the 23rd April and not even arrived yet. Not happy, extremely unlikely I’ll use this website again.”

“Ordered the food 2 weeks ago, they told me 5 days delivery, still not received it, nobody answers the phone, had 1 reply to 6 emails sent and that was to say it had been dispatched, 7 days later still not received my dog food, won't give me a tracking number, disgraceful service and recommend everybody go elsewhere for the requirements.”
