Bit of a disgrace really. Serves me right for not checking reviews beforehand but ordered under £100 worth of food. No dispatch email, no email replies, no refund, nobody answering calls just a robotic answerphone saying no operators available. Have followed up with my bank to try and claim my money back. Company is an absolute sham

I had to cancel my order as it took too long to come. I was told I would get a refund but I haven’t yet I have also asked for a credit note twice and not been supplied with one yet . Id be weary about ordering again

Almost 6 weeks since I ordered the product and still not received it despite it allegedly being despatched twice and numerous emails to them.

It is disappointing, the website, the range of goods is excellent BUT having placed an order on 30th March, I have still not received it as of 5th May. The team id advise of possible delays (After I placed the order), but 7 weeks so far and got nothing is terrible. I have written to the Not in the Dog House team now multiple times (And also left messages on their telephone line) and although I received I reply it did not inspire confidence (Which turned out to be correct) that this was going to be resolved. I really want to support small businesses but they have to get the basics working like delivery, customer support and actually show that they care.

Waited weeks for order. Called and cancelled as bought one elsewhere. Then got told order on way, asked again to cancel. Thus was confirmed. Then 2 wks later dog bed arrived. Not wanted but dare not return. Horrendous customer service!

Awful service. Has so far taken over a month to send me my items, with no updates from them. When I chased this up with them they said my goods were on the way, yet a week later still nothing has been received and apparently they haven’t even been put in the post yet.

Placed an order mid February which never arrived. Eventually they said they would cancel the order and issue a refund. Still not received my refund despite numerous emails and now not replying to emails. I see that lots of people have had similar problems. Don't deal with this company.

Still have not received a refund from this company, no contact unless I made it myself, brought two bags of dog food over 6 weeks ago, told that it had been sent and tracking would be received soon, which never happened. Then told it may have been lost again nothing turned up..then I contacted again and said I wanted a refund which they said they would do and to allow 10 working days still no refund although they will probably blame the bank holidays. All round very disappointed with this company.

Order of Arden Range Liver Paste £16.90 did not arrive and therefore cancelled and told credit card had been refunded ,.This has not appeared. Then told the product had been dispatched but nothing has appeared Not in the Dog House have ignored my last e mail informing them of this

Terrible company to deal with so far. Order made on 11th April. I’ve been told I would get a refund, then I had an email to say my order was dispatched. But still no delivery or refund almost a month later!

I paid for this product 22/3/2023 and it had still not arrived 4/5/2023 (May) it was shipped over 5 business days ago poor service indeed.
