“Getting close to a month since ordering my dog food and still no arrival.”

“I placed an order for frozen dog food (£98 worth) on 21/9/22 and it’s now 10/10/22 and I still haven’t received my order. I keep getting what seems to be a pre-written response from the company when I enquire as to where my order is via email with no follow up. That’s if I even get a reply. There is no contact number for me to chase up either. I would not recommend this company at all. It was my first time ordering from them and will certainly be my last. Maybe leaving this review will help get my situation sorted.”

“I’m amazed I’m being asked to review a product that I haven’t received and from a company that is ignoring my messages! Ordered 4 cases of dog food a while back and have heard absolutely nothing! Matter is now with my solicitor husband!”

“Asked for refund which they said they would do and sent out order a week later which was already over a month late ... asked for order to be send back as it was of no use to me that late which dualy was and now I'm £54 out of pocket and still no refund horrid company that won't respond to you ... stay away”

“Was told my products were dispatched then only to be told that there was a delay. They said that they would send again, never got them. Then I asked for a refund. A few days later I got an email to say that my products were dispatched but they didn't turn up. Very disappointed”

“Took over 2 weeks to get the dog food, then we it did arrive 2 boxes were bust open and had to be thrown away. We had to go and buy food in the interim because of the length of time delivery took.”
