“Still not got my full order after 3 weeks and several emails what has arrived was damaged. No response to the emails and no phone contact please refund me completely”

“The order was brilliant but not so impressed with the company. The goods has free delivery but they could t give a date so we opted to pay for a 5 day delivery. Order arrived after 7 days. There is no phone number and they don’t always respond via email”

“You did ask …. Nothing wrong with the dog food. I buy it all the time from other reliable sources. I thought I’d give Not In The Dog House a try. Never again and I’d warn others to steer clear. My order took far too long to be delivered despite constantly chasing. I did wonder if ‘he’ actually carried the stock to fulfil his orders in a timely manner! Reading the reviews, I am not the only one to have this opinion. Thank you.”

“I ordered a dog bed on 24th September 2022 which has still not arrived. I have emailed Not in the Dog House several times to be told that it had been dispatched but have not been supplied with an estimated delivery date. Over 2 weeks on and still no dog bed! Followed by several unanswered emails requesting updates. Very poor service. Unlikely to use again.”

“Easy ordering process and the product was delivered safe and sound. However based on other companies I've ordered from, the communication between ordering and delivery was near nonexistent. So I couldn't properly plan my time as I didn't know until the day before when the package would arrive. Sorry, maybe I expect too much these days?!”

“The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Requested to cancel my order and be refunded PRIOR to it being sent as they could not supply a photo of the true colour of a product. After several more messages to the company, they agreed to refund me and cancel the order. Three weeks later, refund STILL not received and their couriers are trying to deliver the parcel! I think this is tantamount to bullying, frankly! No working telephone number either. DODGY COMPANY - AVOID!”
