I have emailed this company several times now regarding a ripped dog bed, but despite saying they would make enquiries and get back to me, they have ignored my subsequent emails. Very poor customer service and not pleased at all with the quality of the bed I bought. Ripped in less than a year even though my dog is only small and has several other beds she uses. Customer service just non existent. I won’t be buying from them again.

Failed to deliver order, failed to give a refund, now failing to reply to emails or phone calls! Thieves and charlatans! I wish it was an oversight, but hundreds of people are chasing them!

I recieved the harness on time but to small so I emailed on how to exchange got nothing back, so got returns address on website I sent parcel to returns with note on invoice. I've emailed twice after I sent it and no reply plus it's been 5weeks now and nothing

DO NOT USE NOT IN THE DOG HOUSE They owe me about £200.00 in goods. Lied that it was on the way. Lied that I had been refunded. Now wont answer my emails. Worst company I've ever delt with

Item finally arrived after 3 weeks, poor quality and was damaged. Was told I would get replacement, still waiting 3 months later …. Not a good company, will now seek money back through credit card company

What a joke, I ordered/money taken then waited and nothing happened. No delivery, then when I emailed I was told they are sorry and have re sent order to the warehouse, (my order was frozen raw dog food) I waited 11days and I then said if it isn’t delivered cancel my order with a full refund, their reply was it’s now cancelled wait 5 -7 days for refund, day 14 a separate company emailed me to say my order was being delivered. My raw feed arrived but not all frozen as only had one small ice pack inside. I won’t use again

Received order of 2x15kg bags of dog biscuits promptly and in perfect condition no ripped bags or damages. Fantastic price as well so very happy with my purchase and with the service I received from Not In The Dog House.

I ordered a raincoat for our dog which was far too big and so promptly returned it unused in all original packaging with labels intact. However that was over two months ago and after sending numerous emails I still have not received my refund which I feel is outrageous and against their own refund policy. I will NEVER use this company again as they are untrustworthy and don’t fulfil their own obligations.

I ordered and you didn’t supply. I have sent countless messages emails and no one replies. Times are tough and you are a dishonest company taking people’s hard earned money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. If my refund is not in my account tomorrow I will be reporting to trading standards.

Ordered a fabric Dog Crate over 3 weeks ago chased numerous times to be told it’s been dispatched, chased again said they would send out again guess what not arrived, asked for delivery details guess what none supplied this guy Will is a conman

Company should be renamed as "Firmly in The Dog House" Had to give 1 star to open comments box but would in reality give zero. My experience echos those of many others, |non delivery and lack of communication by e mail; 2 listed phone numbers one not in use and 1 straight to voicemail - of course unanswered. Cancelled my order after 2 weeks and bought products elsewhere only for them to arrive unannounced yesterday. Returning dog crate with trepidation despite their pledge of "60 day risk free returns". I will advise on status of refund. Simple point is DO NOT USE this Company Unfortunately
