“Didn't deliver what I ordered, but told me it had been dispatched when I asked where it was. It hadn't been. Ultimately gave me a refund with no explanation as to why my order was never sent (over two weeks after placing it).”

“Been trying to contact them for ages now. Part of my order never arrived and I’ve been chasing them ever since and yet nothing . Already contacted the FOM and trading standards due to their lack of communication and customer service skill ! It’s not a cheap order either!”

“I sent the item back the same day it arrived as it was not the right size. I sent it by registered mail at my expense and never got a refund. Even though postal tracking has said it arrived ages ago. Would never even look for anything else in this company for my dog. Out of pocket and they probably sold the same item again!”

“Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago and only received notification today that it has been posted. I have raised the issue 3 times with the company; twice they said it would be dispatched immediately and it wasn’t. The third time, when I asked what they were proposing to do to resolve my complaint, they didn’t respond at all. I have today received notification that my item has been posted and I assume that is all I will hear. I would not order from them again and would not recommend to others.”

“Sadly I have to leave a bad review. I made a £84 purchase the 21st of October and by today 10th of November have NOT recieved it. I have to be chasing them with e-mails and still do not have my items. Will not buy again, and can't recommend.”
